Still not quite satisfied with my editing so please excuse my feed while I figure this out 😂 (and as always, feedback is appreciated!) ⊛
In my last post, I had asked if you like to travel to new places only or if you like to return to places you’ve already been to. I personally love both! I think it’s pretty obvious why I like going to new places. I like returning to places I’ve already been to for a lot of the same reasons. It might be the same city or country, but there are always new spots that need exploring, and each time I leave I know it just wasn’t enough time and that I NEED to come back. ⊛
Zürich is one of those cities I find myself continuously returning back to. I’ve been there four times and will be going back in just a few weeks! It’s funny because Zürich was my least favorite city in Switzerland when I first visited. Compared to places like Lucerne, Interlaken, and Leukerbad, Zürich just felt like it lacked a bit of that Swiss charm. Now that I’ve spent some time there, I realize Zürich is a pretty fun city to live in (..if you have enough money, of course 😓)! This city is gorgeous in the winter, but summer is definitely the best time to come so you can take advantage of the lake and badis 🏊🏼♀️ ⊛
Have you been to Zürich before? If so, what are some places you checked out? I would love recommendations!
Sometimes travel can be frustrating.
Motivation is not an unlimited wellspring but a battery that has to be kept fully charged. While the idea of travel is always inspiring, sometimes life gets in the way and then suddenly, your eyes are no longer on the prize🙄
When you plan your trips, you don’t think about the long boring hours on a bus, the delays, the annoying airports, dealing with snorers in hostel dorms, fending off tours and scammers, and all the other things that will suck the energy and joy out of your experience😯
Eventually, you need to stop and recharge your batteries. To is stay in one place, watch Netflix, and relax😴
It’s important to find ways to stay motivated, so I will write about some of them in the next post😋
How do you find the motivation to do something? Do you need it to travel?😉
What do you do when you’re walking all over town?? Why you get hot wine of course!!😉😆 Now Zürich has something I had never seen (before or since) hot WHITE wine.
Intrigued - may I try? Oh my - best hot wine! Pour me a cup! **I love that I can always sample, and quite frankly it was all delicious in its own way
When your hubby gets bored right away taking pictures of you. You end up taking pictures of him.. 😣😤 Good thing, I like what I do. But hey, I can cast a reverse psycho if he sees me mad not getting a good shot of me 😁😁😁.. I bet that turns him in to an instant instagram husband.. 😂
When you like photography and your other half doesn't have the same passion as you do.. 😅
