I have so much to share and I believe people would benefit from it. I have found my own way of dealing with anxiety. Self-treat techniques by recondition my subconscious. Coupled with daily practice of gratitude of the simplest thing like the flu I’m having now 😊. It is my body’s way of telling to simply rest more. Detoxing my mind every night before I go to bed with hypnosis techniques. This helps me in resetting my mind and this put me in a new thought pattern each day. I sleep better too!
Spend time with myself, it doesn’t have to be long, to simply get in touch with my core self. Either after Subuh or anytime of the day where I could be quiet and alone. It can be me with a good book/good articles online or it could be me watching my favourite motivational speakers/master thinkers.
One thing I have discovered, understanding is key 🔑 you can’t practice something you don’t comprehend. Human mind is a powerful place. Get to know you 😊
