While in the sweet town of Brugge, tripping along the cobblestones, I looked up to see our family name beautifully scrolled on a marquee. This is the third time (different country) I’ve had this experience and I always get a little thrill when it happens. It makes me happy to think about generations of possible family connections all over the world. Are they calling me home? And hey, so that’s what it could look like if I had a storefront here! Kind of sassy!
#traveldiscovery alert⚠️ A couple of days ago, I went to the Iguazu falls and I've been completely blown away by its beauty
But.. did you know that not far from there, in the little town of Puerto Iguazu, right in the jungle, there is also an other waterfall and that you can actually swim in it? 🏞
Of course its size is nothing compared to the Iguazu's falls but it was so beautiful!! And the only people there were locals! .
So if it wasn't for my host, I would have never known
The place is called "Salto del turista" and is a good alternative if you are looking for a place far from all the touristy tours this city offers
Once you are there, you don't have to walk for long, the place is well conserved and the trail well maintained
But, of course there is a but, the place is not easy to find because there aren't a lot of indications there. If you decide to walk there, depending on where you are it'll take you a while. You can also go by bike or even better if you have a car
If you'd like more info, leave a comment and I'll gladly anwser you ☺
