I really don't know what happiness is, to be honest. I feel that there is no particular thing which can make you happy. I know, we should be happy with ourselves and whatever we do. I get it, you know? I get it. Yes, you should be happy with whatever you are doing right now.
But, here's a question - does that happiness also makes you free in any sort of way? Or does it give your heart even a sense of freedom?
For me, freedom is happiness. Happiness is temporary, freedom is forever.
If you are free in your thoughts, you will always find happiness. I believe, happiness starts from being free. That doesn't mean you have to be a rebel or something, or go against what you have been told to do. Of course, you can always question these things, and you should. That's how you grow, that's how you find answers to the things which you find exciting. But, at the same time, you have to be accepting of those things - because they exist. You simply cannot ignore the fact that these things mean something to people. That's what the real freedom is. That's how you will make yourself free, your thoughts, your heart and your soul.
Being free is, free of all your worries, anxieties, being accepting of all the things which exist, being curious about why those things exist. That is the real freedom. The only cage in which we have restricted ourselves, are bound by these two locks of worries and anxieties about the future. And the one who is caged in them, holds both the keys. Find the key to your own cage :) PS: Thanks @vivek_reddie

❗️New Blog Post Alert! ❗️ I know, it’s been awhile but I’m finally getting caught up and on track with the whole blog thing. After taking a mini hiatus, I’m back in the swing of things. Check out my link in profile to read my lastest post about my visit to Tikal, Guatemala!
Some fun facts about Tikal: •Tikal was a bustling capital in the Mayan empire until it was abandoned in the 10th century AD •Archeologists began restoring the site in the 1950s and it became a National Park in the 1960s. •Stars Wars filmed on site in 1977
I had a blast visiting Tikal with my family, it’s such a magical place and definitely lived up to the hype. I was surprised it wasn’t very crowded when I visited, even on a holiday weekend.
Do you visit historical sites when you travel? What’s your favorite historical site? .
Sunny days to recharge batteries!!.☀️☀️ Do you know that we also do the process of "photosynthesis" as plants do? 🍃
We recharge our energy field and vibration from the light of the sun. Have you notice that when you are under the sun you feel happier and less stressed? Like your emotions and mood change even if we are having a bad day? Basically, we are feeding our selves (in an energetically way) you feel relaxed and happier like when you eat! 😂 then your emotions shift and your thoughts are more positive.
How easily and fast we can shift our moods and days by just hanging out a bit with the sun. I guess is a good idea to make him a close friend. ☀️
Pretty sure I made it to almost every @grind location in London ☕️they always seemed to be right there when you needed a little cafe pick-up

A said the other day that I should concentrate more on telling about myself here, and what would be a better way to spend your days in bed than writing (due to the fact that I am ill).💗 So here comes couple of facts about me:
▪️I live in Helsinki but officially come from a smaller city located in the very eastern part of Finland close to the Russian border.
▪️I went to Yoga Festival Helsinki alone this year because I wanted to, but had no one to ask. However that day turned out to be full of beautiful encounters.
▪️Back in the days I practiced artistic gymnastics for almost 10 years.
▪️After high school I became a travel guide and worked in Spain and Greece. I have also stayed for a longer period in Russia. Travelling is one of my biggest passion, and I love to inspire others too.
▪️I study Russian Language and Litterature in university but actually haven’t studied it for almost two years now because I have focused on my minors, communication studies and fashion.
▪️However, I am planning to write my thesis next summer. Let’s see how it goes.😁
▪️I like writing though.
▪️I believe in the Law of Attraction.
▪️I am 110% HSP as all who have met me might have
