Cusco was never a place that I dreamed of visiting. But once I did I fell head over heels for it. Click the link in my bio to read The Ultimate Cusco Travel Guide. ✌️
Cusco is located in the beautiful Peruvian Andes and has the perfect mix of rich ancient culture, history, spirituality and outdoor adventure. I could spend all day wandering the cobblestone streets of Cusco buying alpaca sweaters, meeting other fun backpackers and learning more about the Inca people.
If you are looking for a fun, fairly affordable, South American adventure, Cusco is the place for you. So, let’s start your journey now! Grab a warm drink or a glass of wine and let’s dive into my favourite activities and tips for the best Cusco experience ever!
Not a bad backdrop...
I had no idea you could surf at Wilson’s Prom... boy was I was pleasantly surprised 😎
Currently learning to turn right on my new love from @mssurfboards , I’m as goofy as it gets.
Did you take the dog for a walk, go for a jog, a bike ride or a morning swim along the Bathers Way this morning?
The warm weather, salt in the air, t-shirts and smell of sunscreen is a sure sign that summer is on the way - woohoo!

Wonderful Street art of a Wombat to see in Warrnambool. It looks like it is in a hole in the bridge wall.
I vividly remember taking this shot walking through Green Park, moments after seeing Buckingham Palace in London 🇬🇧 There was literally no wind, it was so calm and I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life! This photo takes me back to that place 🙌🏻

An Aussie architectural icon, the Sydney Opera House was designed in 1956 and stills looks strikingly modern today. Winning a place on UNESCO's World Heritage List in 2007, creating this fin shaped building was no easy fete. Originally estimated to cost $7 million and take 4 years to complete, it stretched to a whopping $104 million and was finished after 14 years. Thanks for capturing this beautiful shot @the_wanderinglens#rainbirdclothing
Just one of the sock animals I make @platypuscreations. Half of all proceeds to rare cancer charity @withoutaribbon. So please support them directly or buy something from Platypus Creations. We've learnt to dance anyway no matter what this rotten cancer throws at us
I had a 10 hour layover in Sydney on my way back to London and the lovely @shaneilshekhar took me out for the day to explore. This was one of my favourite spots!
Thank you @shaneilshekhar for such a fun day - and for having the patience to always take just one more photo 🤣
