Si crees que ser “libre" es poder hacer lo que tú quieres, déjame darte esta versión diferente, tú decides si considerarla o no, ser libre es hacer lo que hay que hacer sin resistencia interna, hacer lo que es necesario en el momento dado, hacerte cargo de lo que se te presenta en este momento y no estar divagando en tu mente con estar haciendo o estando en otro lado, eso es real libertad pero eso no es algo que depende de los eventos externos es un estado interno al que se puede llegar cuando dejas de ser dominada por tus emociones, tus pensamientos y tu cuerpo físico que son guiados por las acciones compulsivas habituales. Transformations don’t always take place physically, going through a transformation takes a lot of changes mentally. .
The girl on the left was unhappy, felt guilty every time she ate, couldn’t find a good balance between being able to have the dream body and having a life! .
That is why I am so focused on helping others, allowing them and educating them to see that you can in fact have the body you desire but still have a life, looking good and feeling good shouldn’t be punishment it should be enjoyment! .

A journey to self, about self, is fucking necessary & so beautiful.
I can't promise it gets easier because I've found in the rough patches is where I've grown the most but I can promise its worth it. I can promise the more you know self, love thy self, have self loyalty, that the hard parts will absolutely become fewer & further between. That's what growth on a journey creates. Beautiful boundaries. Beautiful transition into your next, best, most authentic self. The stopping of old patterns, partners, cycles.
Take the time, yes. But. Understand that time is irrelevant & you should always be evolving.
One right next step. And then another.

Hey it’s #HumpDay! We are already half way through the week! So much to smile about 😃. You know, the past few months I’ve been so negative... even growing up I would always worry, or if I didn’t do well in a sport I would throw a fit and be in the worst mood... I would get down on myself constantly.... I was never really, really positive about anything... and these past few weeks I have REALLY been becoming more of a positive person and forcing myself to see the good in every situation. Positivity spreads so much joy, makes a person happier, makes a job more enjoyable, it makes your relationship stronger, and it makes you feel SO SO good. It does more than that though... Positivity can be spread from person to person. It makes people want to be AROUND you. Who doesn’t want to be around someone with such positive energy and a good outlook on life? Do yourself a favor and be positive today. Spread the positivity to your co workers, neighbors, significant other, family etc. Put a smile on someone else’s face today 😀🙌🏻❤️
-Another note about positivity: transforming your body and making amazing “FITNESS RELATED” changes means nothing without confidence, a positive mind set, and a positive outlook on your life! Some of last night’s circuit. I’m starting to work on more dynamic movements. I tried jumping a few weeks ago and it didn’t feel right so I waited another 3 weeks before doing these again. They felt great this time! Continuing to work on getting stronger! P.S. I’m back to my pre-surgery weight 112-114lbs 💪! This means I’ve put on 14lbs of healthy weight since February. Always remember the scale is just a number it’s all about how you feel and so far, I’m feeling pretty great!
You have to be motivated to get going, but motivation will only carry you so far. You need to make things a habit if you’re serious about them! Habit will get you to where you want and need to be. #GoSuccessYourself 👌🏼
