Yesterday I hit 12,000 followers on @teacherspayteachers and I honestly can’t be more blessed. I’m thankful for everyone single one of you. With this milestone, I have decided to do something a little different. I want to take this moment to celebrate one of my followers who is an educator that runs a great cause. I have not had the opportunity to meet this individual in person but I can tell by her compassion for animals that she’s one of the good ones. She doesn’t even know I’m doing this, but I would like to make a $120 donation to Kim Hawks to go towards her Red Fern Animal Shelter. I have never asked for donations before but if you can donate even $1 that would help an animal in need. I have made it very simple and created the option to donate directly on my Facebook post if you wish. (Be sure to check out my Facebook page)
Animals hold a special place in my heart. The world would be a better place if everyone had the ability to love as unconditional as animals. With that said, because of all of you, YOU have made this donation possible. Thank you! 💚 .
It honestly breaks my heart that I have to address this issue again. To say I'm discouraged is an understatement. As you know over the past 6+ years I've been selling on TPT that I don't police my clipart, but when people come forward asking why they can't make something like this listing on TPT I have to address it. .
I have nicely contacted a handful of people about their listings and only half have fixed the problem so far. But what really hurts and cuts the deepest is people deleting my comment (which means you saw it) or on social media when I send you a private message and you ignore it and don't reply back (but the message as been marked "seen" even with a timestamp). At this point I have not contacted TPT to remove any of these listings because that's not how I normally operate but you are forcing me into that direction. .

After lots of requests and feedback regarding the title of these math practice pages I changed them from ‘morning math’ to ‘Daily Math’! Many of you said you wished the title was something that wasn’t bound by time of day, which I totally get! So, here they are... same resource new name! I use these Daily Math practice pages as morning work each day for the entire school year. They cover all of the common core math standards for first grade. For two weeks the practice pages target the same skills and standards, the end of the two week cycle concludes with a quiz which I use as a quick data point that helps inform my math small group instruction. I have my first two weeks of the school year printed and ready to go! The link for the year long bundle is in my profile, and since the entire set has been revised they are all on SALE for the next 24 hours. So whether you want the year long bundle or you’d rather pick and choose the sets you want, now is the time to get them while they’re discounted. If you’d like me to DM you any of the links comment below to let me know.
I try to be a minimalist when it comes to student-facing resources, but if you can’t go crazy with the fonts on Halloween gift tags, when can you?!
Tags are available in my TPT store (including lots of different formats) for only a dollar at bit.ly/pumpkintags. Oh and all proceeds from my @teacherspayteachers store today will be going to @aclu_nationwide as part of the #tptdayofgiving ❤️✨

There’s always so much work that goes into the beginning of the school year! It seems like all you do is cut, laminate and repeat! ✂️
Once it’s all done though you can sit back and reap the rewards of all your hard work! 😁
I use these labels for my students independent reading book boxes. Depending on what book boxes you use (I use hard plastic ones) I laminate my labels and use a hot glue gun to keep their names in place for the whole year.
Labels available in my tpt store - I’ll leave the link in my profile.
