Both of us have since been married and popped out baby girls (12 weeks apart) and the only things that have really changed are our bad habits and waistlines 😉
We’re already 20 days into 2019! I hope this year has started off on the right foot for you! In terms of strategies to make the most of your days, weeks and even months it’s important to have a plan to keep you accountable for your goals and things you want to achieve.
One thing I’d like to share about what I’ve started doing very recently is writing down daily goals on my calendar for what I must do for the day. These goals are always aligned with my vision with what I want to do and who I want to become.
I typically try to achieve 4-5 goals per day and even if I don’t manage to tick them all off by the end of the day, I’m understandable that I’m doing my best. It feels good to look back on the past goals you’ve set to see how much you’ve already done.
This is the first time I’ve done this properly and so far it’s helped me for the better and I want to continue doing this for the rest of the year. Start with 1 goal you want to achieve per day and then work your way up as time goes by! I like to set challenging but realistic goals for what can be achieved in the day. Good luck! ✊🏼😁
