Looking for someone who can teach me how to take a gym selfie from literally any other angle 😐
(Ps that’s a joke)
Just wanted to drop y’all a quick little motivational word right quick.
I know a lot of people that “fall off” from their fitness goals, progress, etc. due to their “busy” schedules.
Look. I get it.
Being busy makes it super easy to give yourself a cop-out, which quickly turns into weeks of inactivity.
But you gotta call yourself on your own bullshit. Otherwise, you’ll always buy it.
I promise you there are very few people out there who are as busy as a US Army Drill Sergeant.
Being here in ALC, my days have been from 0400-1700 every day—and that’s a VACATION compared to my normal Trail schedule. •
Listen. The point here is this: there will always be something. You’ll be hungry, you have to get the kids to soccer practice, you woke up too early and have been dragging ass all day, blah blah blah.
Stop selling yourself on your bullshit, and start selling yourself on your “why.” You’ll be glad you did. •
This concludes my block of instruction. What are your questions? •
Today America lost a true hero. @therichardoverton served in #WWII and departed this earth as not only the oldest living man, but the oldest living veteran at 112 years of age. During his service in the Army, Overton earned the rank of Technician Fifth Grade (comparable to an E5/Sergeant on the modern Army pay scale and rank structure) and served from 1940-1945 earning his #ExpertInfantryBadge. Thank you for your service! Overton’s family will be in our prayers during this time. #RIP#RestInPower#ThisWellDefend#veterans#patriot#ArmyStrong
