October photo challenge : Week 3 - ‘Mama’s Got Talent’ , set by @katieinthecountry .
A few days after we found out we needed #ivf, and I stopped crying long enough, I started writing. It was my therapy- nobody talked about ivf and I needed to talk so badly, I just talked to myself. I didn’t share it with anyone at first, scared to, because it makes you feel more vulnerable at first I think. .
When an article I wrote got published in The Irish Times I realised maybe I’m not so bad at this after all..! It was such a proud moment for me, seeing my name in print. .
Our treatment worked, twice, and I just kept on writing realising that it gets me through the hard bits of being a mother as well! It keeps me sane. So my ‘Mama talent’, as well as multi-tasking like a mofo and all the other things every parent does every single day, is writing my little blog and keeping myself somewhat sane in the process! #mondaymammy
#bluejays#outofbounds Hubby went for his little wonder this morning and spied this beauty at his favorite sports store. We waddled down, it's now mine. Now off to #theirishtimes for a few bevvies.

Great to see 34 Pleasants Street, Dublin 8 featured in today's #theirishtimes! "It is testament to good architectural design when an extension completed almost two decades ago still stands the test of time."
