The flight that never was.. I was all geared up and ready to take off. I’m still watching the glider before me soar away when the weather turned. In just a few seconds clouds coated the city concealing everything beyond the green ramp we’re standing on. “It’s alright, it’ll pass, it usually does,” I’m comforted. Fifteen minutes and we’re still seeing nothing but white, immaculately so. “Maybe we should take a seat for a while,” we sat on the ramp as I closed my eyes and prayed hard for the fog to clear. Another 15 minutes. We’re waiting for a little break in the clouds. We just needed a window of visibility that allows navigation, and we’re ready to fly.
And then I felt it - soft little droplets in the air that would have been welcomed on a different circumstance. Never have I ever resented a drizzle (now, that’s a bit melodramatic really). Some things are just not meant to be.
The next thing I know we are dismantling the hang glider, and then I’m on my way to the airport. I have another flight to catch.

One of the cities we were most impressed was definitely blue-washed mountain village of #chefchaouen or 'Blue city' as it is known nowadays in the tourist circles. 💙It's definitely one of the most prettiest and picturesque cities in Morocco. First thing you have to do here is just relax and wander all over the gorgeous medina which eventually ends up getting lost among all those blue, steep narrow streets. Don't worry, wandering here is completely safe and the people aren't that pushy either. You can't help yourself not to fall in love with all those blue and white lime-washed buildings, blue steps, flower buckets, balconies etc. 'Chef' is special in every way, it took our breath away and has totally lived up to our expectations. 💫 #lifewedaretolive

Ah! The joy of spotting small stretches of greenery in the Laddakh region is unmeasurable! The high and mighty barren mountains can make you realize how inconsequential you are, and spotting such perfect patches nurturing the wildlife fills your heart with peace. Nature is truly the biggest teacher! .
Have you been on a safari? We want to go and sit in the wild and take it all in like Brazilian @chasingwildgusts

Do you ever wake up from a dream that felt so real and you still feel the same way you did in it? 🤔Last night, I dreamt it was graduation day. I’d gone to the venue, and my cousin @georgeandchill was there, which was fab until he disappeared WITH MY GRADUATION GOWN! 🙀Basically, we’d gone to pick it up, won some picture contest (obvs) and then went to meet the rest of the family. By the time I reached them, he had vanished. 🙄His phone off, no one knew where he went or why he took my cape... I was sure they wouldn’t let me in the hall, I wouldn’t get to walk across the stage and wouldn’t get to throw the hat in the air.😿 I was so mad. Then he texted me saying ‘sorry I had to go to school and I forgot to give you back the gown’. YOU. WHAT?! 😹I was so stressed and angry in my dream, so when I woke up, the relief was real. Graduation is on Friday, no one is stealing my gown (hopefully) and I will not fall on stage. 👩🏻🎓G, please do not run away with any important pieces of clothing in the future, k thanks bye 💛

Who loves packing?! 🙋♀️ Who loves being hot?! 🙅♀️ The trick to packing for Qatar in summer was balancing modesty with natural fabrics that would utilize available breezes and my body’s natural air conditioning—and using a clinical strength deodorant!
Check out today’s blog post to find out what I packed, what tricks I used to stay cool(ish) and unchafed, and for the pieces that worked best together! And as always, I made it work carry-on only!

Spending an entire day at USJ was probably one of the funniest thing I’ve done in Japan! This park is huge and you can have so much fun over there! If you’re a big fan of Harry Potter like me you should definitely add this to your list! Also they’ve got theses “ Express Pass 🎟 “ which are a bit expensive but super useful as it make you jump the queue; for some of the famous attractions the waiting time can go up to 90 minutes so this pass will just save your time and make you feel special! •
PS : If you get the chance, you have to try the butter beer 🍺 It’s a must do at the Harry Potter world ! And honestly I’ve heard a lots of people saying that’s it’s disgusting but I actually really enjoy and had 2 of them ! 🇯🇵
Remember the hot chocolate I was talking about a few posts back? ⬆️ that’s the one!
Also just realising I sound like having the worst diet in the world , it’s not THAT bad i promise 😅
"I stopped telling myself that I’m lost. I’m not. I’m on a road with no destination, I’m just driving with hope that I’ll find a place that I like and I’ll stay there. I’m not lost, I’m on my way"
Road trips are just about my favorite way to explore a country. You just never know what you'll find. Pull over to answer the phone, find a beautiful church - not too shabby!
