Tem coisa mais chata do que querer fazer tal prato e ficar pensando "putz...mas não tenho sal rosa do Himalaia". Gente! Ninguém tem! Hahahahah
Eu acredito muito que pra cozinha de todo dia ter alegria e variedade é importante sim ir comprando uns temperinhos diferentes, ir na feira e comprar coisas diferentes, se aventurar naquele corredor de grãos...

I was BEYOND excited to see my childhood favorite Mexican restaurant that literally used to not have a single vegetarian option now has a FULL VEGAN MENU!!! Guys it’s crazy to me because Texas is known for meat and lots of it - literally such a game changer!!

When in Austin, @thevegannom is a must. 👌🏻So when I heard that they have a new late night menu with fully loaded nachos, I had to scope it out. and I. 👏🏻was. 👏🏻Not. 👏🏻Disappointed. 😱
I went to the buffalo chickn as my vegan “meat” selection and it paired especially well their seriously bomb queso (a super unique queso blanco, might I add) , guac, black beans, cabbage, cilantro, jalapeños, and whatever their “secret sauce” 🧐 is. 🤷🏻♀️
Seriously though, I love getting nachos along my adventures. I’ve had some incredible flavor combos, (and some not so great ones 😬) and these were super impressive. 💪🏻

#TexMex has got to be one of my favorite foods here in Texas. If you're in the Galleria area don't forget to stop by and try the new @foxrestaurantconcepts Blanco Taco + Tequila. I'm not a fan of fruit in my tacos but the meat was tender and tortillas cooked perfectly. *📸- Chicken Pastor, Pork Beef Pastor & Hard Shell Taco*

That moment when you not that much into meats, but those frargant spices do the job and you're grabbing mate's plate JUST TO SHOOT AND INHALE MADLY. 🤦😅 P.S. although never considered myself a vegan, I keep up with an uncontrolled tendency of not having meat at all most of the time. Say, Texmex bowls are my everything but I mostly order a meat free ones - have no care of all the ingredients JUST GIVE ME TONS OF THAT GUACO AND SMOKY CHIPOTLE!!💃 Plus, I guess it's mainly the matter of my lifelong sweet toothness. I would a-l-w-a-y-s prefer a sticky toffee protein shake to any meat. But then again, I never have a milk as it is, I simply dislike the taste, so I mix my protz (whey ones too) with an oat drinks. Oh-so-logical😆🤦
