One of the shortest distance I’ve ran in a race but it was the hardest for me due to unforeseen circumstances. I really tried my best to attain my goal at first but eventually have decided to listen to my body instead and take it slow for my own sake. #yayay

The Big Gorilla challenge was awesome. It will test your endurance, physical strength and challenge your core strength.

My first 16km this year. I should call it Alay lakad Isko Iska 2018 instead.🤣 After accomplishing Sub1, I think I just walked most of the remaining 6km thinking bout what to eat after, contemplating bout life while absorbing all the dust and cursing in my head those smoke belching vehicles passing by.🤣 That’s the result of not working out nor running prior to the event. Anyhow, still thankful as I finished it safe.

this was my 4-6KM smooth advance pacing with the elite runners of spectrum before I stabilize with my normal pacing, do pee break and water break.
endurance is a requirement and strides are necessities to push for an advance race run!
