I ate so much of this that I could pop!! It’s a Jalapeño Popper Casserole 🔥 and it’s absolutely amazing. It’s from @easyfamilyrecipes who I found via my @pinterest page. My husband suggested shredding the chicken and dicing the jalapeños to make a delicious dip so we will absolutely be trying that for our next get together! 😍
To reduce the heat from the peppers, you can either remove ALL the seeds and ribs, or soak them in milk overnight. They had a little heat without being too hot and we all enjoyed this dish.

Not so "candied" yams lol healthy twist on the ole holiday favorite. I took 4 large sweet potatoes and layered them like lasagna but with cinnamon, a little brown sugar, some freshly ground sea salt to duplicate that butter taste and for a little zing 2 large oranges freshly squeezed and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. The oranges are the secret the juice keeps the potatoes very moist, sweet potatoes can get very boring, and keeping things tasty is the key to keeping meal prep from getting old!!
