If you know me you’ll know how much I love sweet potatoe fries 😍 I wanted to share my recipe with you as I absolutely love baking them. They’re perfectly crisped, they’re flavourful and they’re beyond addictive. I simply couldn’t wait until FRYday to share them with you!
All you sweet potato lovers will want to try them and they’re so easy to make 🍠
Ingredients: 2 x organic medium sized sweet potatoes, Greek organic extra virgin olive oil - one of the benefits of drizzling your sweet potatoe fries is the presence of polyphenols, which act as powerful anti-inflammatory effect! 2 tsp rosemary, thyme and a couple of pinches of salt.
Recipe: Set your oven to 200c and line a baking tray with baking paper. While the oven heats up, wash any dirt off with cold water, dry them and there’s no need to peel them. Chop the sweet potatoes into half lenghtways, and then cut each half in half leghtways do this until you’ve cut them all up. Add them to a bowl and add the olive oil & herbs. Take them from the bowl and spread them out on the baking tray in a single layer and bake for 40 minutes, or until they get golden and crispy. Once cooked leave them to cool for a couple of minutes and transfer them into a serving dish. I like to serve mine with @doctor_wills ‘tomato ketchup’ ♥️

Sweet potato + white potato, seasoned with cumin, garlic powder, chili pepper, salt. Air fry until crispy. Garnish with green onion and cilantro.
For the dip, mash 1/2 an avocado, mix with 1-2 tablespoons tahini, squeeze of lime juice, salt, garlic powder
