You don’t necessarily notice the change that other people see until you look at photos. Today’s photo was taken after this morning’s session and the other photo was taken in August! Such a huge difference and I owe it all to @f45_training_traralgon. Well, maybe not ALL! Some of the credit should also go to changing up my diet! Thanks also to @min_giannini for keeping me motivated and pushing me when the others aren’t looking! I think I’ve definitely earned my Bali holiday- even though I didn’t win it in the 8 week challenge (because I didn’t enter!) I think I’ve still won! Someone messaged me yesterday.... “Lori, what is your goal weight?” Right now I really DON’T have one!
I’m just over here trying to be #STRONGAF physically, emotionally, mentally and even spiritually!
