SIZE AND STRENGTH FOR ARMS -
Intensity is one of the key pillars of muscle growth. And one way to add intensity to your workouts is using supersets, more precisely doing two or more exercises back to back without resting. Supersets are not only great for helping you add mass but also getting you strong. It’s found that when super-setting opposing muscle, the body part trained second gets stronger than it would normally be with straight sets. For example, if you do biceps curls followed by a triceps move, you will find that your tri’s are stronger than usual. The biceps curls prepare the nerves that cause the triceps to contract, producing a stronger and more powerful contraction. Therefore the overall benefit of super-setting opposing muscle groups is that you build muscle and get stronger and build more mass as you get stronger.
Lat Pulldown and Seated Close Grip Cable Rows from earlier today. I always superset these two workouts and do pyramid sets (working up to my max and back down) doing reps to fatigue or my form starts to go.
I followed these up with Dumbbell Shrugs and Preacher Curls. I rarely do isolation work and I almost never do arm days. I prefer compound exercixes and fatiguing my back or chest until my arms pick up the slack. Just what I found has worked for me.

-When youre short on time .
Here are 3 great glute/quad exercises to incorporate into your next leg day. I recommend doing them as part of a superset (with barbell squats, deadlift...). All you need is a resistance band! So let’s get it 💪🏼
1️⃣ squat hold banded abductions (x30)
2️⃣ banded side leg raises (x 20 each side)
3️⃣ banded kickbacks (x 20 each side)

21 reps (7-7-7) Barbel curls has always been my favourite exercise to burn out that intensity from curling all the way to failure. I like to superset this exercise with single dumbell curls as I feel these two are the two key exercise you need to build Big Arms. 1) superset barbell hip thrust with band into just banded hip thrusts at high speed until failure (this movement can be replicated by using a smith machine and a bench and connect a long band to ends of smith machine)
2) superset deadlift into laying bench resistance leg curls
3) superset barbell Squat into reverse laying bench resistance leg curls

I can’t express how important pull ups are when training your back. Try super setting your back movements with any form of pull ups to really get a good back pump. ——————————————————
