One of the reasons I don’t show my daily meals on here is bc they aren’t always super glamorous or pretty🤷♀️
But I’m going to make an effort to show the “un-pretty” food on here as well bc everything I eat is delicious & 99% of the time very nourishing for my body!💃
This morning I was craving a yogurt bowl! I have been really limiting my dairy for a few months now but personally don’t notice any huge changes when I do this. When I do have dairy I choose organic, full-fat (sugar is added to pretty much all “low-fat” foods) & grass-fed whenever I can! This is organic grass-fed full fat Greek yogurt (you can make homemade coconut yogurt or I love @co_yo_usa & @kitehillfoods yogurts for dairy free options!), topped with fresh berries & dry roasted mixed nuts. I paired this with a mushroom hot cacao (haven’t been feeling good from coffee so eliminating it for a bit) & I actually had a couple pieces of dark chocolate too (90% cacao)!🍫

When you are on the ketogenic diet you are normally not hungry between the meals. I have my bulletproof coffee in the morning then lunch and dinner. That’s it- no snacks in between. 🙆🏻♀️ But sometimes I am on the go the whole day and can’t have lunch. That’s when I opt for a energy ball instead of a bagel or a donut. 👆🏻 I don’t say that it’s better to quit lunch for an energy ball or two, but for me it saves me from not grabbing something carb heavy from the next bakery.
You can do the energy balls in lots of different versions- just be creative. Mine is with gingerbread spice and cinnamon. I discovered my love for the gingerbread spice during last Christmas days and now I put it in lots of my desserts and baked goods. Tap the link in my bio for the recipe. 👀

THIS is what all the world needs to see! The lovely meals which are so healthy. I mean the biggest worries of every person starting a diet is, that he never gets to eat delicious food again, he will have to limit himself too much. But go through the gallery of mine or any other person in IG who loves to cook. Does that look like diet? Or food limitation? This is real food. Try it, and you will see how awesome it feels to eat until satisfied, enjoying the perfect taste and in the end not feeling tired, inflated or surfeit. I am not saying that Low carb is the only healthy way, I am saying I never enjoyed a "diet" so much as now. 😍 Who agrees? -
ЧИЗКЕЙК. Моя лайтовая вариация.
👉🏼50 г кокосового масла (или сливочного)
👉🏼150 г овсянки (смолоть в муку)
👉🏼30 г грецких орехов (смолоть до состояния муки) 👉🏼100 г шоколадной арахисовой пасты 👉🏼1 ст.л кокосового сахара (или любого подсластителя)
Духовка на 210*. Масло, муку, яйцо, сахар взбить в блендере. Скатать в шар, обернуть пленкой и положить в холодильник на 20 минут. Достать тесто, руками распределить по форме, выпекать 10 минут. Убавить t* до 180*, достать тесто, немного остудить, поломать на кусочки и взбить с пастой и орехами. Опять же укладываем ровным слоем в форму( желательно разъемную ) выпекаем ещё 5-7 минут.
2️⃣ТВОРОЖНЫЙ КРЕМ НА РИКОТТЕ.
👉🏼400 г сыра рикотта
👉🏼150 г творога 👉🏼2 яйца
👉🏼150 г пюре тыквы 👉🏼100 мл сока апельсина
👉🏼1 ч. л цедры
👉🏼1 ч.л кукурузного крахмала
👉🏼2 ст.л кокосового сахара
Все ингредиенты взбить блендером в нежную кремовую массу, на протяжении 5-10 минут. Выливаем крем на основу, под низ духовки ставим противень с горячей водой, или обматываем форму фольгой, и наливаемся горячую воду на этот же противень. Выпекаем 25 минут.
👉🏼150 г пюре тыквы
👉🏼150 г сока апельсина
👉🏼1 с.л подсластителя
Взбиваем блендером до однородного состояния.
Вышиваем третий слой на чизкейк, выпекаем ещё 25 минут, пока верх не схватиться. Серединка чизкейка должна слегка подрагиваться.
Это хорошая альтернатива классическому чизкейку. Обязательно попробуйте приготовить:)

Nature has given us everything that we need to be healthy and thrive.
Due to the level of processed food we consume nowadays our bodies are unable to perform at its peak and we get old faster and sicker. There are more food sensitivities and diseases than ever recorded in human history.
Did you know that over 300 million people of all ages suffer from depression? And, according to Harvard research, depression starts from the gut? .
Simply put -when you eat food causing inflammation in your body this will cause inflammation in your brain and you will feel cr*p and your brain doesn't work properly.
By making simple changes in your diet you can make a significant change in how you feel. Experiment with real food.
It has taken me a bit of time to figure out what works for me and what doesn't. I eliminated gluten, sugar, alcohol, fried food and most of the time dairy and grains. Having said that, I do occasionally have a cake or sourdough pizza - at the end of the day this is not a strict diet - it is a lifestyle and it's about enjoying life. (also, I'm a foody and when travelling to other countries I like to try different cuisines) But then I make sure that I take precautions or post-cautions so I can bounce back on feeling great again.

It's a big batch that I put in the freezer to grab out to pop into the girls lunches or to snack on straight from the freezer.
Just a word of warning with Ginger essential oil, if you get it on your fingers don't lick your fingers! Spicy!! We've got a little over 2 weeks left of the school holidays, not that I'm counting down or anything 😉

What I will discuss is discomfort caused by unhealthy weight from eating the wrong foods, not drinking enough water, & slacking some days on physical activities.
If I want my body to continue to be good to me, I need to continue to be good to it.
Just like a car runs on fuel, we do as well... eat junk feel like junk, eat clean and healthy, feel that way.
So while I admire my curves i have to acknowledge the discomfort in my everyday movement, clothes, and take action.
