L is Life. The reason for this post. The very thing that binds us with ourselves and those we love but those we love deceive the most and easiest sometimes. They think what they say is right but at the end of the day its just a long conversation with words that effect us negatively but satisfies their own ego mentally making them feel that they are there. .

I just changed my home screen to this picture. 💡
I had a doctor's appointment today and got a hard dose of reality with my weight. I've been dialing back in to my workouts and better with my nutrition, but when I stepped on that scale today, I had to hold back tears. 😢
How did I let myself slip so far back? I completed an 80 day program earlier this year and dropped 2 pant sizes in that time.
I haven't been completely off on my nutrition and workouts, but it goes to show you what can happen if you're not dialed in.
There are people reading this who are probably going through the same thing right now, so here is your reminder. Give yourself some grace, keep trying and stay positive!! 👍🏼

This is my favourite little “island” it is so peaceful and quiet yet there is so much to do!! This is my friends shirt @aslaney she borrowed it to me when I was pregnant with my son.
I had wicked angry red stretch marks during my pregnancy and for a time after + my postpartum belly I had 0 confidence and just wanted to be covered up. This did that for me up until my son was 2 yrs+
I chucked this shirt in my suit case just because... it felt so DAMN good to put it on and it didn’t fit!! It was hanging off me!! I used to laugh at those exercise programs they offered on infomercials late at night.
Like who has the motivation to workout at home? Then the same friend that borrowed me this shirt motivated me to workout at home, by myself!
Do you think it would be hard? No one to hold you accountable, they won’t work, you need a nutrition plan too maybe?? It’s out there, it’s amazing, it’s life changing and it works!

It’s not always about how heavy you can go, but the consistency of weight week after week. Increasing slowly, keeping tempo, and improving. -
I always throw in some variation of flys, if that’s floor flys, cable flys, DB flys or whatever else I decide choose. Flys are a necessity for me and i’ll always throw in 1-2 of them. -
If you can dream it you can achieve it. Never sleep on yourself because that next day could be your breakthrough.
