Best thing about having a Pt boyfriend is I always get shown new exercises when i get bored of the same things.
This is a more structured way to the one arm DB row and actually easier to grip and perform this exercise alternative.
Plus it’s easier to pull more weight then I do on the DB as my core is fully activated and my body is more stable. 💪🏾💪🏾

|| LOOK WHO’S BACK || @apupcalledsimba is back on the mat with me and I couldn’t be happier about it... not sure how he feels, but I’ll just assume he’s happy too! 😂🐕🤷🏼♀️ I woke up feel a little out of sorts, so I sat with the feeling, meditated, burnt some incense, had a cup of tea, stroked Simba and now I feel like a new woman. It’s sometimes easier to think our worries and feelings of unease are bigger than what they really are and I’m not saying this method will always work, but today it did. Today it was just a little kink in the path, which has since been ironed out using such a simple routine. ✌🏼🙏🏼 #catmeffanyoga
In the past I’ve had weeks where I’ve literally had to take myself off of Instagram and social media all together because seeing other beautiful girls and their perfect lives has just made me hate myself. That’s okay and normal. You have to realise it’s a lot of posing (I am so guilty of) and pictures of people’s life highlights. It doesn’t matter what others are doing, it just matters what you are doing. .
The past few weeks especially I’ve found true happiness in not comparing myself, just APPRECIATING other women for their hard work and beauty and letting it inspire and motivate me.

MONDAY MORNING WAKE UP
Stop giving Mondays bad press and start looking at it as a positive day remembering you are a week closer to your goals. Don’t give up and keep pushing yourselves.
How is everyone feeling? Are you finding it easier to get up in the morning? Do you feel more energised?
I promise soon these mornings and exercise will be part of your day and hopefully it becomes a way of life not just part of a program. My aim is to make it sustainable all year round so phrases like “summer bodies are made in winter” becomes “strong minds and bodies are made all year round 💥”
We did 20 moves 20 minutes this morning which is saved so give it a go.
