Haven’t made myself American Pancakes for a loooong time, so today was the day for brunch pancakes!
Trying not feel guilty about eating these as I know I am allowed them, I am not overweight, I am fit and healthy and do not eat like this every day! 😌 Get a grip Hannah!
Anyway, had a good Park Run this morning in the SUN ☀️ PB for Cliffe Castle as that hill always gets me and I was 2nd in my age category too 💪🏻 Had a steady jog home whilst remembering to start my watch again (plonker alert) Love to get those 10,000 steps in all before 10am!
Off to the cinema later to see Bohemian Rhapsody with the grandparents 🤗
7 days till I’m 16!! Honestly so excited 🤩🤪
Also half term which is also amazing due to the fact I can take a break and refocus on me ect.. but also need to study as mocks are coming up 😬

I remember taking the first photo and thinking 💭 ‘Finally a swimsuit that makes fat me, look half decent’ - LOOK AT THE SIZE OF MY STOMACH! I now a year later, have no back fat, half the gut and definitely less boob! We’re going swimming today and for the first time in a very long time, I don’t feel like a fat mess! Bring it on! 🤭💃🏽😊♥️

I can’t control much in this world except my body so I’ve been working hard to focus on that so I don’t focus harder on stuff I can’t fix or do anything about. Can you believe it’s already the weekend?! Cause I can’t, but I’m not mad about it😎.
Crazy how fast time flys when you are super busy! Feeling productive af and imma fan of this feeling💁🏼♀️ Got a lot of stuff done✅ this week, and only more is going to get done this weekend🙌🏼.
Who else has a productive weekend planned for them?! Work, homework, but also a workout with my girl @balancingkatie (because what’s the weekend without a lil fun😉) are my plans!
Anyway, Happy weekend friends🤗 hope it’s a GREAT one!
My biggest struggle is with sleep, I find it difficult to fall asleep because my brain is like 🤯🤪 as soon as my head hits the pillow, but the past week I’ve slept so much better and LET ME TELL YA, it feels goooood🤩 I’ve been putting my phone away at the other side of the room as soon as I go to bed so that I can’t go on it, trying to push the next days problems/tasks for the NEXT DAY🤪 (I also used lavender spray around my pillow area, but idk if that’s contributing or not, it makes me feel calm though) and just taking time to wind down, it sounds kinda stupid but honestly since I’ve slept better, I’ve had so much more energy, my workouts are better, my food choices are healthier and my mental health is actually so much better too!
Moral of the story: SLEEP IS KEY, not sure how it took me 20 years to figure this out but here we are 🤣

Didn’t have the best day mentally yesterday but I’m so determined to make these next two weeks count. So much to be excited for! .
