Adotar uma postura correta durante o treino não só previne a ocorrência de lesões como potencializa os resultados. Deve, por isso, ser um aspeto central do treino a ter em mente.
A pesar que estamos en celebraciones de convivios y trabajo para terminar ahora el 2018, es importante que recuerdes seguir dedicando tiempo a tu ejercicio. El ejercicio te ayuda a bajar estrés del trabajo, mantener y desarrollar masa muscular, así como acelerar tu metabolismo para lograr un peso adecuado. NO dejes para enero el comenzar el ejercicio.

Whats your goal weight? 🤔
This is something I've been asked several times before. This is also something I hear a lot. "I want to reach my goal weight!". For me, the scales don't mean much. They are a useful indicator to assess whether you have put weight on or lost weight. It is also important to know the effects of what you are doing are having, ie eating and exercise.
For me how you feel is more important. Theres no point looking like a body builder or a top model if you feel unhappy. Nowadays, there is a lot of material available to support changing how you feel, personal development is one I use. I read or listen to books that make me feel more positive. Finding ways to change your mindset will help you lead a happier life.
I also spend time with people I love and do things I enjoy. My kid are my number one fun factor, so I annoy them as often as possible. I also enjoy spending time alone. I love my own company, may sound sad but half an hour with a cuppa alone....brings me peace. 🙂

When looking at losing weight, look at the areas of your life that will bring you peace and happiness too.
