Day 2 - Sebenarnya, ramai yg tidak menyedari kepentingan sarapan kepada kesihatan.
Apabila kita bangun tidur, paras glukosa dalam darah agak rendah.
Jadi, dengan pengambilan makanan berkhasiat dan seimbang sewaktu sarapan membekalkan tenaga mencukupi bagi memulakan hari dengan lebih cergas.
Bilakah waktu yg sesuai ambil sarapan?
Sebaiknya, ambil sarapan selepas jam 7 pagi dan sebelum jam 9 pagi.
Sbb tu saya selalu ambil sarapan di pejabat. Sebelum memulakan kerja.

Foundations aren’t exciting. People don’t generally brag to their friends about having the most amazing foundation on their home 🏡. Although it may not be exciting, it’s crucial for every other aspect of your home. Without a strong foundation, the rest of your home would not hold up.

Ok, love may be a bit strong, but I do really like Mondays. I like to view it as a fresh start. A chance to either start over if the week before was a rough one, or to build on the week before if it was a good one. What do Mondays typically feel like for you? When you wake up on a Monday, are you a:_________ “Don’t talk to until I’ve had my coffee” ☕️ _________. “Let’s do this! Bring on the week 💪🏼”__________. Or something else? Drop an emoji!
How you start is how you finish. Experts say your first 60-90 minutes of the day predict how well you will do for the rest of the day. I think that applies to Mondays and the rest of the week as well. So talk yourself up, have some fun and start your week on a great note.
