Starting the day off early, we finished the day with a solid run.
Certain things not falling into plan didn't mean that we didn't give our best. It means more lessons to learn from the experience.
But we finished on a great note with one of our teammates making her way back onto the platform after major surgery.
We ended our medal haul today with another 3 golds and 2 bronzes. I must say I'm bloody proud of this crew. A team of 9 with 15 gold medals, 6 silver medals, 2 bronze medals and one best lifter in the age group.
Thank you everyone for the support for this awesome team and thanks this awesome team for such memories.
If you needed some guidance today or a sign to go for it this is it. ⭐️🧡 *my mum stained my hoodie with bleach😳* Its okay to grow slow. Go at your own pace and trust the timing of your life. The universe knows and will take you on the journey your destined for every single time. Endlessly creating myself in good and bad times and doing what i can every day even when all i can do is absolutely nothing at all. We all have bad days , set backs , shitty circumstances and occurances. Thats okay , you do exactly what you need to do even if thats just getting out of bed or making lunch. Make everyday about learning and growing and challenging your wildy capable self. You are so capable of anything you want to achieve in life , take risks , work hard and challenge the fuck out of your life. Go for it and create life and happiness out of everyday. Your soul knows whats best for you and is always guiding you even when things seem to be falling apart. Trust the timing of your life and trust yourself. Enjoy the process , life literally is the process of many amazing things let that journey be just as amazing and rewarding. Acceptance , gratitude , happiness. If you needed to hear it you can enjoy life again. Life can be so unpredictable at all times and i think its so important to trust yourself , the process and the universe and live for right now. So much can happen and i truely believe theres remarkably beautiful things in every single day. Look for them and let life guide you. Enjoy your journey its yours.

Running is my passion...I knew I was surely going to have fun! Yesterday was a total blast. I was fully aware running between 1pm to 3pm was going to be challenging owing to the heat and the humidity.
Running at that time slot was obviously higher effort and I totally embraced the challenge. I couldn't reach the target I had in mind but all the days of consistent practice under the sun and the high mileage and the speed workouts paid off.
Was easily the fastest runner during my time slot. Completed 30 kms. .
@jackmotivate reppin new threads and easy deads 🤙🏼
We had a huge day in the journey of Redefine today guys! With the help of the amazing @anzuprenter behind the lense and the best models ever @inezbye & @jackmotivate we shot all our product images for the website 🙌🏼
They are so dope and we can’t wait for you to see them!
Yesterday was leg-day 🙌🏼💕✨

So that felt so good 🙏🏼
We had the BEST day yesterday celebrating in Yorkshire for the wonderful couple Ben & Taisie ♡ Signal is well there is no signal so I promise I'll get back to any messages from this evening. I hope you've all had a great weekend! ♡
My mate says "Days that end in Y are for BENCH"
YYAASSS totally agree!
Today I reflect on how grateful I am to be a part of the team at Iron Underground. They keep me in check and keep me accountable, they are all inspiring individuals!
For me, this whole journey of leg rehab sucks! BUT Powerlifting has been my progress marker which has kept my physical and mental health balanced! .
Now get your ass to the gym and bench!
Different variations of squats with kettlebell today, here you are
1) Kyykky + työntö eteen .
2) Kyykky + hauiskääntö + pään ympäri .
3) Kyykky kuulan laskulla .
4) Kyykky + rinnalle-ylös .
The last one is definitely one my favourites, gets your heart rate up quickly 👌🏻 .
My next trainings at @trib3fi will be today 4.15 and 5.15 pm, Monday 7.15 and 8.15 am and Tuesday 7.15 and 8.15 am 👊🏻 Hope to see you there #tampellanheimo before I leave to Amsterdam for the midsummer celebration to meet my friend 😍 .

Killed it squatting with my bro @thabigdog32 ! 💪 Workout went so good I went for a PR with 415. It really surprised me because I'm down 8 pounds and cutting my carb intake to only 1/3 the amount I'm used to having when I bulk. 😫 Honestly was the toughest grinder I've ever had with squats so I'll take it! 😳 Make things worse I did 3 sets of high volume and felt like death after it all.... good times! 😅 Workout was 2 sets of 10 135, set of 10 185, set of 5 225, set of 5 275, set of 1 315, set of 1 365, set of 1 415 PR, set of 11 325 PR, set of 15 275, and a set of 7 225 5 second pause PR. 🤘 Love leg day and always training with my bro @thabigdog32 on them. 🙏
Here's the official AINBB photos.
Well, i will see again this condition in 2021..in agreement with coach, we have decided to not compete for the next two years for dedicate ourselves to a "pure muscle building" phase.
We want to make the qualitative leap to become definitely more competitive..for compete as a Classic Physique..and maybe, try again as MPH 😁
Need more meat, more volume..and above all, more smiles on stage 😂
In the last pic, the 2018/2019 comparison..there have been improvements, but as usual, it's never enough!
Squats have always been a problem for me. Just the way I’m built and being a 53 were not conducive for a good squat. However, I took what was really bad and made it work for me as best I could.
I honestly let myself down with my squats. I was looking to end in the 330-350 range, but it just wasn’t there. I have an issue hitting depth with new heavy PRs. In the moment I truly believed I was at depth on my third squat (first 🎦325lbs🔴🔴🔴), however it was not there.
Luckily, I can hit up @_hollapena anytime for squat work so I’m excited to put on some lbs and get back to basics on squat. The marathon continues🏁
