On occasion we’ll be posting recipes. Share your favorite with us, and we’ll be sure to test it, try it and post it! …we can never say no to sampling dishes with PdQ!
Spinach Artichoke Dip
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 (14oz) jar artichoke hearts (marinated), drained and chopped
1 (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 350. When butter and cream cheese are soft, mix all ingredients together, except for the artichoke hearts and spinach. Be sure to squeeze out all excess water from the thawed spinach. When mixture is blended well, gently stir in the artichoke hearts and spinach.
Lightly spray the bottom of an 8-inch pie dish. Place frozen NOSH Pão de Queijo rolls (do not defrost) along the edge of the pie dish, creating a ring. Once formed, pour the dip into the center of the dish.
Ovens vary, but bake for approximately 25 minutes. Once your PdQ is golden, take your dish out and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. …if you can wait!

Spinach and artichoke dip 😋 forgot to take a pic before I started stuffing my face with it 🤷🏻♀️ I give it an 8/10 next time I’d add more garlic, less artichoke and some miso paste. And maybe some vegan Parmesan too 👌🏼
I love to cook and bake with this oil. I know I've mentioned it before, but this bottle gets used in my kitchen a lot. The good news is that with my doTERRA wholesale account this bottle only costs $10. 🙌
I made spinach artichoke dip today. And because I seem to find it next to impossible not to add ingredients to a recipe, I added a drop of Lemon. 💧🍋 Sometimes you just need a little something to make a dish pop. Flavor wise, not literally. 😉
So when cooking, don't be afraid to grab an oil and experiment with flavor. Just remember, a little goes a long way. (The conversion estimate is one drop of oil is equal to one teaspoon of spice.) 🥣
A chilly Saturday calls for a warm snack: Spinach & Artichoke Dip!
I’d been planning this for Christmas Eve, but I couldn’t wait to try this #glutenfreedairyfree version of everyone’s favorite dip!
Recipe coming soon to TolEpic.com. Spoiler alert: it did not disappoint.

Homemade spinach artichoke dip 😍 in the making!!! I love💚 that I am able to get in the kitchen an make nutritional meals for my family.🙌 In the past my husband and I would be running to daycare or after school programs to get the kids then rush home make dinner consist of a meat, veggies in a can and some sort of package past , rice or potatoe which we felt was healthy😨 . Or the going out to eat every week Ugghhh.!!! BOY WHERE WE WRONG!!! People please read the nutritional information on packages you would be surprised😮. Fresh is always better!!! My opinion.... my experience. February 13th will be a year that we have changed our eating for the better and ever so grateful we did wish we would have paid attention to it sooner. We do have cheat😁 meals but very few in between and yes do fall off it occasionally but we are human and hard habit are hard to break. Don't beat yourself up over it!!! 💪 Thanks to my stay at home cell📱 bizz I can prep early in the day and take my time checking out recipes and nutrional information. 😉 We are still learning and always will be it takes a little creativity and willingness to change and adjust. Takes longer ⌚to shop at the grocery store and ur bill is a little higher📟. The food taste 100% better has more flavor natural flavors not added flavors. Yes we had some complete fail recipes but we have had more good than bad ones.
Spinach & Artichoke Bomb
A delicious, cheesy, gooey, puff-pastry wrapped melted deliciousness. Please use real puff pastry if possible, WAY better than a can of crescent dough. Add extra garlic and cayenne pepper instead of red pepper flakes. Try it...you'll like it!
