When you had a leftover ingredients in your fridge (sweet pepper, spinach, broad beans, tomatoes, ham, onion) the best is to make Frittata. Stir fry with a little olive oil, then mix it with cooked macaroni, eggs, cooking cream. Season with salt and pepper. TORTA SALATA CON SPINACI E RICOTTA
ingredienti -300 g di farina (ne ho usati 150 di farina tipo 0 e 150 g di farina di segale)
-80 g di olio extravergine d'oliva
-100 g d'acqua
-400 g di spinaci surgelati
-2 vasetto di ricotta da 250 g
-sale pepe e olio
Preparate l'impasto per la base: mettete in un frullatore farina, olio, acqua e un pizzico di sale. Frullate fino ad ottenere tante piccole palline (bastano 10-20 secondi).
Versate l'impasto in una terrina e formate una pallina unica.
In una padella cucinate gli spinaci facendo evaporare tutta l'acqua, con sale e olio a piacere.
Una volta freddi, frullate gli spinaci con la ricotta, aggiustate di sale e olio.
Stendete l'impasto mettetelo su una tortiera, versate la crema di ricotta e spinaci e infornate a 180° per 30-40 min
