The human body is so stinking cool & is always speaking to us.
When something is haywire in the body, the body speaks to us via symptoms such as headaches, cracked nails, low energy, foggy headedness, exhaustion, weight gain, irritability, etc. It’s our responsibility to listen then give our bodies what it needs instead of quieting it with medication or pushing it too far.
The best way to diminish negative symptoms and improve our health is through the foods that we eat.
