What's crackin IG peeps!? Figured I'd post this before I pass out lol I've really been focusing on the basics, I think we all lose focus at some point though. The one on the left; unilateral seated row, definitely in my top 8 back exercises. The benefits of unilateral exercises is one, it helps to point out any muscular imbalance and (bonus) forces you to work your core more than you would with a bilateral exercise! Tip, always start a bilateral exercise with your "weak" arm so if you have a 12 rep exercise but your "weak" arm can only do 9 reps, your "strong" arm should do 9 reps as well! You want to keep them even so either decrease the weight or decrease your rep range.
The other video is just some good l time under tention action! You gotta leave your ego at the door cause these are legit and if done correctly, you won't be pulling your normal weight.
