Ocean Blue Spirulina Bowl 🌊💙💙
I got blue spirulina powder from @unicornsuperfoods for Christmas and let me tell you this stuff is amazing it not only makes your smoothie bowls super pretty but I love the taste! This was probably one of my fav smoothie bowls I’ve ever made! It had:
- 1.5-2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- 1/3 cup of frozen cauliflower - @earthsowncanada almond milk
- @vega_team vanilla sport protein powder - @unicornsuperfoods blue spirulina powder - Topped with chia seeds, coconut, banana and blueberries
Also I swear eating my smoothies out of @coconutbowls makes them taste even better 😂👌

Chocolate Smoothie: 4-6 ice cubes, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tbs almonds butter, 1 tbs coconut oil or MCT oil, 1 scoop cocoloate pea protein powder.
Blueberry Smoothie: 4-6 ice cubes, 1 cup coconut milk, 1tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 tbs coconut oil or MCT oil, 1 scoop of vanilla pea protein powder.
These are high fat, moderate protein and low carb (fruit). Enjoy!

Yesterday I went for a walk in the rain and could smell Autumn in the air for the first time. Such a great and comforting feeling came over me as my I looked up and got my face wet and felt a slight chill🍂🍁 Then I had a really great evening with some friends and family and we ate junk food and watched a horror😱 The conjuring 2. Nearly crapped my pants it was so scary💩😲 Sometimes it's really good to let your hair down, have a laugh, eat what you fancy, socialise and even scare yourself shitless👻

This was my first time trying @nekterjuicebar out. I just avoided the agave and the pea protein (doesn’t agree with me). The rest of the ingredients in my smoothie were great!
Having a liquid meal gives our digestive system a much needed break.
