I lost the 2lbs I put on last week so order is restored!
I'm finding it really hard to stay on track for a whole week...I'm falling off the plan after 3/4 days & then it's a free for all!
I'm getting a bit stressed with work so eating my feelings! The running helps but I can't do it every day which is what I need.
I think I'm going to go back to mindfulness to see if that helps keep me zen!

@aldiuk minted lamb kebabs 1.5 syns each (they were GORG) and had homemade Nando’s spicy rice and side salad. Followed @pinchofnom Nando’s rice recipe but added chopped tomatoes aswell which made it more like a risotto 😋😋😋

I made some syn free chips and then topped with lamb kofta. I made this using 10%fat lamb mince (5) and seasoned it with a @spicentice Persian kofta kit. Flattened the mince out using a rolling pin and grilled on both sides. Topped with rocket, onion, cucumber, tomato, feta(hea) and @hellmannsuk kebab/tzatsiki sauce (1.5)
Total syns for this meal 6.5 plus hea
