Wind burnt, exhausted, drove 6 hours, walked 3 miles on sand, didnt eat lunch, boots was soaking wet, but i finished the job. Nothing feels better than finishing what u set out to do. No matter what life throws at you there is only 1 thing you can do, and thats get over it and move forward. But isn't it bad to hold your baby?! This is one of the most frequent questions I get from new parents. For some reason our society has the idea that we must teach our children to sleep like an adult right from birth - and it's killing us. What parents don't realize is that the self-soothing circuit in the brain takes time to develop and to fight against this by expecting more from them will actually do more harm for their sleep development than good.
