I’m still thinking about our delicious desserts at Doki Doki last week and can’t wait to go back. 😋 I highly recommend them, you will be amazed by their deliciousness! It’s a family run business with Irie creating all the ideas for the treats, her artistic brother Jason designing the interior of the shop as well as putting his magic touch on all their treats so they look extra beautiful and their friend Justin, an amazing craftsman who transformed their shop from the tattoo parlour it was previously to the zen garden-like atmosphere it has now. They all pitch in to help wherever it’s needed, and their peaceful kind attitudes make it such a lovely place to sit and enjoy life (and their yummy desserts) for awhile. My insanely talented and beautiful chef friend @alishav89 officially launched her meal prep company @mountainmeals435 (I think she got tired of me eating all her food for free 😜)
Anyways, she’s an amazing cook and all her meals are paleo, Whole30 compliant and some vegan. She delivers to the Wasatch Back and Wasatch Front, so if you live in Utah and live a life, you probably need some help preparing healthy meals for yourself and your family.

It’s breakfast time, but we’re already thinking about dinner. Sustainably raised New Zealand King Salmon blackened with a lemon beurre blanc and garnished with grillend lemon, crispy capers, orange reduction and paprika oil. It’s served with @frogbenchfarms fresh greens, basmati cumin rice, and crispy leeks.

Pretty sure I said "wow" way too many times during this dinner! 🤤 They introduced a new menu and I've had multiple visits since. 😍 The Norwegian Salmon surrounded in piquillo pepper vinaigrette is unlike anything I've had before! I don't like many salmon dishes and I could eat this every day! 😃 Pair this with the rosemary flatbread with goat cheese and you are in 😋💘
