People often say they don’t have the “motivation” to workout.. or they struggle to “find motivation” and ask me how I do it??
These days I don’t really lack “motivation” to go to the gym because it’s just become part of my lifestyle. It’s something that makes me feel so good and I also have physical goals that I want to meet too! But I thought I’d share a few tips that I find help if your just having one of those days where You would much rather do nothing.. or just can’t be bothered, Because I’m human too and yes sometimes I do have those days!!
👯♀️ GO WITH A WITH A FRIEND.
Feeling like someone else is counting on you to attend will make it less likely you’ll skip the session and you can help push each other through the workout while reaching those PB’s .
📔 MAKE A PLAN.
Chest on Monday, Kickboxing Tuesday and Legs on Wednesday? Whatever it may be, write it down and lock it in for the week! Don’t forget that rest days are important too.
🏋🏻♀️ VISUALIZE SUCCESS.
Imagining what it would look and feel like to achieve a goal or to complete an exercise. How you’d feel if you went to the gym and how it would bring you one step closer to your goals!
⛰ DON’T OVER-PROMISE.
Having goals is important but make sure you are realistic at the same time. Otherwise you may be setting yourself up for disappointment. Make sure the bar is reachable! even if it means aiming for just 15 minutes on a bike each day, walking to work or go to the gym 3 times this week instead of only once.. Don’t forget to celebrate the smaller milestones along the way!
Find things that work for YOU! Maybe it’s Zumba? Swimming? Powerlifting? Yoga? Bodybuilding? Or simply walking around the lake? The options are endless so don’t ever force yourself to do something you don’t enjoy because it won’t last.

Quit obsessing over those last 5 lbs...
As humans we are never satisfied, we work our asses off and achieve something we should be so incredibly proud of and guess what? It’s not enough for us.
I currently weigh 140, and for so long I had been obsessing over those last 5 lbs... if only I could lose 5 more I would be back to my high school weight and then I would be happy :)
I just want to shake old me and ask her, what happens when you do lose those 5 lbs? Then what? I would probably want to lose 5 more, or build this, or change this...
No... I have had a shift in my mindset. I just want to be happy every single day, in every single stage that I’m in
And you know what? Those extra 5 lbs represent:
🌸 ice cream dates with your boyfriend after a long day
🌸 pizza with your dad while you watch a soccer game
🌸 drinks with your friends to catch up
🌸 a cookout with your family to see relatives you haven’t seen in so long
🌸 trying food from other cultures because you’re traveling
🌸 freaking enjoying life without limits. Being happy
Never stop trying to improve yourself, but also love yourself in every stage that your in, be satisfied with the body, mind, and soul that makes you the wonderful person that you are!

It’s hard to make salad in a plastic container look sexy in a photo, but I don’t think this is a bad effort... smoked salmon salad with an Uncle Bens Rice cup, tomatoes, spinach and a home made mustard, honey and plain yogurt dressing 🤤🤤packed lunch isn’t that bad!!!

Went for my first run at the new crib last night around the Mission Bay waterfront! Such a nice flat run! Can’t wait to clock up the km’s here over summer ☀️☀️☀️

I now finally believe I’m blessed with this surreal physique & I finally clearly see God’s gift to me; I’m feeling very honoured, grateful & humbled 🤲🏼
This is the body I work so hard for, sacrifice real food, chocolate, ice cream, alcohol & party for, all year round 24/7.
I now know what I’m capable of & I finally believe this physique & look is so damn real. .
Can’t wait to show you Mahsa’s next version. I’ve planned 4 shows so far for 2019 💪🏼 .
Ps. I bounce back and forth between my Blue & Red Love, but blue wins & I now officially call BLUE as my stage suit signature colour 💙💙💙💙💙 So many shades of blue to show you 😍 .

يكى از سورآل ترين حس هاى دنيا وقتيه كه عكسهاى مسابقه زيبايى اندامت رو نگاه ميكنى و ميگى اين موجود عجيب الخلقه خوده منم! ماه ها زحمت، گشنگى ها، پارتى هايى كه از دست دادى، هر روز صبح كارديو كردن، ٧ روز هفته ورزش كردن گاهى دو بار در روز، بدن دردا، مشروب نخوردنا، عشق و حال نكردنا، همه خلاصه ميشه توى چند ساعت مسابقه. چند ساعت مسابقه كه توش ميشى يه موجود خيالى كه خودتم سخت باورت ميشه خودتى! هر آينه اى كه ميبينى بهش ميخ ميشى. وقتى موقع نفس كشيدن به آينه نگاه ميكنى انگار پرى دريايى هستى و آبشش دارى! .
.ميخوام با يك پكيج متفاوت مسابقهء بعدى رو شركت كنم. ٤ تا مسابقه براى ٢٠١٩ تو برناممه 😘
Wanted to share with you guys how I look when I’m bulked up and when I’m shredded. These pictures are both 10 weeks apart! Out of 52 weeks in a year you only need 10 to shred! That’s crazy right? So don’t fail before even trying by putting negative thoughts in your head that you can’t do it or it’s impossible, because it’s possible! 10 weeks are always going to go by, so it’s up to you if you either want to change your physique in 10 weeks or complain about your physique for 10+ weeks. The choice is yours 😜
