Slowly working towards waking up at 6am and to eventually 5am. Of course this morning session was a difficult one, but the fact that I made it through is just so satisfying and accomplishing💪🏼😊
_New to the meal prep game?
Here’s some Meal Prep 101:
1. Throw some protein in a crock pot (chicken, ground beef or turkey, pot roast, etc) and let the gains slow cook.
2. Microwaveable veggies are very convenient and a great way to add HEALTH to your meals #eatyodamnveggies
3. Add some grains to your meals by cooking up a large pot of rice or bake some sweet potatoes.
4. Place all prepared food in microwaveable containers and refrigerate until ready to eat like a ⒸⒽⒶⓜⓅ! _
I prep my meals for 2 days. I have no desire nor the patience to prepare 7 days worth of meals.
This is just one way to prepare your meals. The object is to make it less time consuming so you’ll actually get it done!

🔥 Don’t Quit On Your Dream Physique🔥 Getting the lean, muscular and fit body is NOT easy... Hence why giving up should NOT be an option. I always believe in making things WORK! How do you get better with your workouts? How can you adjust your diet to suit you better? I’ve trained for 10 years with blood, sweat and tears 😭 I’ve trained through injuries, through intense muscle pain & cramps... through sick days... you name it! Why??? Because I was 100% dedicated to my SUCCESS! I didn’t give in to my bullshit excuses and neither should you! Remember that you can achieve anything you set your mind to! According to science it takes 66 days To develop the right habits and get your body into a basic shape/fitness. So you must give your body the chance to start seeing the results! Let’s smash this month guys! All results and 100% effort to get in our best shape ever 💪💪💪
Excuse the look of my face. I didn’t really know what to do. 🤦🏻♂️ But due to being injured I have been out of the gym for 20 days now. I’ve been trying my hardest to maintain and stay on the diet. I’ve lost a good solid 12 pounds and have noticed that I’ve lost a bit of lean muscle. It’s a minor set back, but I am hoping to be cleared next month so I can be back in the gym. I’ve never shared many photos on here of me at my worst so here it is. The photo on the left was earlier this year when I completely let myself go off track not just with training and diet but all aspects of life, lost my love for what I was doing and completely out of a routine. After seeing my results fly out the window I re assessed and set myself some big goals which was to build a solid business, move to London and bring the best shape of my life which i’ve nearly smashed! Wanted to post this to show that everyone loses motivation and goes downhill at times but its all about how you react and bounce back. Set yourself a time restricted goal and get after it 👊🏻💪🏻 #transformationtuesday
