Communication and planning are key. I am not a fan of micro management when it comes to people. Either they have it or they don’t. Those that have it care about the how and the why. They work towards a common vision. They listen to the details and then add to them That said we micro manage the product some times to the most exacting tolerances. That means extending the cabinet stile to accommodate for this massive 1 13/16” deep KB classic molding so that the cabinet doors and wall oven can open properly. It means maximizing the trimmed opening between the rooms with the face of the cabinetry as our stopping point It means allowing this wall oven cabinet to slip in right behind our casing weeks after the casing was installed. Collaboration leads to success. Rely on each other’s strengths. @crownpointcabinetry@email@example.com#customkitchen#shorthillsnj#trimcarpentry#measure1000times
Opening day is in just twelve days, and we can’t thank you enough for all of the love and support we have received! The Co-Co will soon open its doors to women in all stages of business. We are counting down the days!
I so wished the CoCo existed over the course of my life, first as a new English Major fresh out of Villanova University working for a Bank and later when I graduated from St. John’s Law School was newly married starting a family and trying to be a professional attorney. The pressures of work and three children and a traveling husband made my decision to eventually become a stay at home mom a no brainer. The pressures of being at home with three children and a traveling husband propelled me to return to graduate school and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The angst and uncertainty of all these life stages could have been lessened if I had a community of women to provide support, insight, laughs and hugs. - Lynne Pagano, Co-Founder
