@kalicolourshair 🇨🇦 kept her client's natural level 8 root, freehand painted & then toned with #ShadesEQ 09V + Clear to create her version of a level 10. We should probably create a real level 10 Shades EQ Gloss though, right? 😉 We're listening!
#FlashLift and #ShadesEQ are the heroes of this amazing transformation by @b3autybybri 🇺🇸 "Patience and taking the right amount of time is the key. Sometimes people like to take the lightener off too early because of their schedule or they don't have enough time; but given the correct amount of time and cost, time is super important."

Did you know acidic color (aka #ShadesEQ 😉) creates better, more conditioned blondes? Winter wonderland ❄️ by @stephanie_stylist 🇺🇸using Shades EQ 09P + 09T after balayaging with lightener. #hairinspo

@kaileescreations showed me her hair pictures off her phone in a low lighting situation... I took her and her cute client back outside with my camera cause I knew that wasn’t how her hair looked.
The left side is her unedited shot, and the right is my unedited shot from my camera. I use a @canonusa Gx7 Mark II, with the ability to adjust the aperture (brightness) to open so more light can enter the shot for a true image of what our eye sees.
Her client had level 10 BRIGHT BLONDE gorgeous hair that she just worked hours to accomplish, only to come across dark and muddy. Investing in a camera can make a huge difference if you plan on using Instagram to grow your clientele! It still needs a little adjusting to bring everything up true to eye, and apps are a great tool for that!
Not everyone can go buy a camera after reading this, I get that. But just like anything else, the more you invest in your job the more you will see in return! Especially when it comes to sharing the hair you work on with potential clients! I highly advise to save up, research, and figure out a camera to fit your budget and learn the ways of photography if this is the path you want to use to grow a business!
