Here are four steps you can take to change your environment as you move into a more healthy lifestyle;
1. Clean and/or declutter your environment
•It could be time to go through your cupboards, drawers or wardrobe and get rid of any items that no longer serve an active purpose in your life. It can be freeing to say goodbye to things that we no longer need, and extremely rewarding to be able to donate to others who could benefit from these things. •Coming home to a clean and organized space allows us to relax far more easily and this will be reflected in our mental state.
2. Reorganize and/or rearrange • Rearranging our space may help us to really embrace the feeling of entering a new chapter of our lives.
•It can be easy to fall back into the same habits and routine when our living environment remains the same.
3. Turn your home (or part of it) into a ‘safe space’ or ‘haven’
•I cannot express how important it is for us to have a space where we feel safe and protected. It can be very grounding to have this as a part of our life.
4. Spend more time in different environments
•Maybe you’ve spent too much time cooped up in the same environment. A change of surroundings could have a big impact on your mindset if this is the case.

Here's a selfie to celebrate that I'm officially 25! (As of the 13th) I still can't believe I've survived this long and that everything has shaken out to be so wonderful. I wish I could go back in time and let my younger self know that it's all so worth it, to just hold on a little longer.

The first thought that ran through my head when I was handed this song for my challenge was… “OMG, THIS HAS GOTTA BE A JOKE”.😳

I locked myself in that bathroom so the cameras wouldn’t follow me (reality show). I sat there and had a conversation with the universe.💫
I could have easily thought the world was out to get me but then it dawned on me…💡
What would happen if I owned it?
What if I bring it?
What if I play the heck out of what I had been given?
Just what if I use it as an opportunity?
What if EVERYTHING I receive in life is a gift💝, even when at first it doesn’t seem like it?
I put this to the test. And this is what manifested.🐥✨

“This is #postpartum and this is A-OK by me. 🦋 I think the biggest thing moms can offer each other is to lovingly and honestly share our stories. The days after giving #birth have been largely hidden away from public sharing until recently, and I think that may be because there’s an implication that the image of my still pregnant-looking stomach and gauze undies and medical pads might be too much to handle or not pleasing to see. I want to change that narrative. The stretch marks that cascade across my lower stomach are truly one of my favorite parts about my body now. And my mom bod - exactly as it is - serves as a constant reminder of a moment in time when I vulnerably grew. When I lovingly expanded. When I courageously allowed. And when I easily softened. I find my current size and shape to be utterly beautiful. I find it worthy of every ounce of love this world has to offer. I probably find it more attractive and incredible and sexy and awesome than any other human being will. Which is the goal, mamas. My deepest hope for every single mom - and woman - is to feel as much joy, peace of mind, and admiration for their own bodies as I do for mine. It’s taken over two years of hard work to get to this mental and emotional place. And it has been every bit worth it. New moms, seasoned veterans, and every single mother in between - let’s all continue telling a different version of the story society likes to dictate to us about the postpartum experience. Let’s rise up in our narrative of how we feel about the physical homes that have made miracles happen. Let’s fight back with full acceptance and adoration for ourselves. Ok your skin doesn't change in just one week, but these are good habits to keep. Cutting down sugar and dairy and sleeping more has definitely helped my skin too. And don't drink green tea TOO often- it's not good for your stomach
