Maybe we need to understand that not everyone is meant to be “boss”. Not everyone has self-motivation, not everyone is consistent enough, or brave enough to step into that role. Being boss is knowing what you want, owning who you are, and making it happen.
It means you are in the right mindset, your goals are sharp and clear. You don’t let fear stop you, you don’t sit still because you are comfortable. Set boundaries, and embrace the hustle. Build amazing relationships and stay true to who you are.
Not everyone is meant to be boss. But those who are will change the damn world 🌎

SOME days are harder than others.
SOME days are easier than others.
SOME days I don't feel like giving my all when I'm lazy but I WILL.
SOME days I WILL listen to my body when it needs a break or had enough.
You CAN push yourself to succeed or you CAN push yourself to break.
You NEED balance, no matter what.
You CAN go hard the wrong ways,
You CAN push yourself in the wrong ways but,
You also CAN go hard the right ways,
You CAN push yourself in the right ways,
Just like you NEED to educate yourself the right ways.
To much of ANYTHING can be bad just like to LESS of anything wont benefit you well enough.
You NEED to work hard for what you want, you NEED to learn self discipline & self control. You NEED to learn balance & determination etc to beable to WANT the body or mind you're working on to get.
If you went 5 days hard allow yourself to have 2 day rest days. DON'T tell yourself you NEED to keep going when you can't. Also DON'T slack & Tell yourself you'll pick it up again tomorrow just because you're to lazy, but when your body tells you it NEEDS a break LISTEN. You will have less complications in the long Run and better results also. You will know the difference between slacking and breaking. Remember there's a difference between lazy & exhausted.
BALANCE is key & your dreams & goals CAN be possible.
I heard someone say this yesterday in a conversation about religion and, in particular, Buddhism. It resonated with me really deeply. Getting to a place of ownership means doing the painful work of looking at ourselves in a brutally honest way. “I’m a coward” “I’m a liar” “I’m lazy” “I’m bitter “ “I’m overweight “ “I wouldn’t date me”
It’s harsh but I have had honest conversations about myself, with myself and used these words. It let’s me know where I am and allows me to then move towards the place I want to be. We can’t be frustrated about the life we don’t have without serious personal scrutiny of where we currently are. Then, you can change it.

Good morning sunshine! I hope you are reading the daily posts on this page. I promise you it will help you in all areas of your life. .
And if you've been following this week's posts, it's all about learning to develop the right habits for you and your business. .
Today's topic is about learning to self-discipline your mind! Self-disciplining your mind is so darn sexy! .
It's sexy because external forces can't alter your mood, emotions or behaviors.
And when you learn to self-discipline your mind, you build a teflon shield around yourself and no one or nothing has the power or control to penetrate their negativity onto you. You win, they lose!
Not being able to discipline your mindset can have severe consequences.
Will you give into gluttony, greed and lust?
Will you be envious of others?
Will you allow your ego to consume you?
Will you victimize yourself and place blame on others?
Not disciplining your mind means that you choose to accept complacency and prefer to blame others for what is happening to you. Moreover, you choose to constantly make excuses.
Your state of mind has the potential to PULVERIZE or PROPEL you.
Which will you choose?
When you self-discipline your mind, you surrender your need for control. You self-discipline by being silent and listen to what “CALLS” at you, not what “CLAWS” at you.
You learn to be still. You learn to fiercely focus on what matters the most and achieve clarity. .
What is one way you can self-discipline your mind today? Do you need more help? Always learn from the best, I know I have. .
Reach out and I will send you the link to my free guide. It will show you how to develop the right habits.

💥DAY TO DAY ACTIONS💥-
✊🏼Worthwhile goals do not come easily. Great things take time. If you want to achieve big things, you must commit to positive daily actions. Positive daily actions COMPOUND over time and add up to your long term audacious goal.-
🧠Focus on what you can do right now. The present moment is all we have. You never know what will happen in your future, but you know if you take positive actions NOW; your FUTURE WILL BE BETTER!-
📝When we think too deep into the future, we begin to forget about the small actions that need to be taken in the present to achieve that future goal. Small actions add up! They can make a huge impact on our life.-
👀When you are too distracted by the bigger picture and long term goal; you can convince yourself that the small things don’t matter.-
🍳🥞Lets take a food choice for example. In one week, if you eat 3 meals per day, that’s 21 meals in the week. At the start of everyday, you have a decision to make. It’s more important than you think. You might think it’s okay to pick the pancakes covered in ‘sugary nonsense’ over the ‘protein-packed’ egg scramble. You convince yourself that one meal won’t hurt you, which, it really won’t, but the DOMINO EFFECT that the food choice you made could impact your day, week, month & even your year.-
💥That food choice you made could impact your workout that day, your overall work productivity and efficiency, your sleep, and a whole bunch of other things.-
😧Now, you may be thinking..how can one food choice impact my year...the first little action or task that you let slip can knock onto other areas of your life, and create further damage and destruction. If that food choice effects your sleep that night, think about how you will feel the next day, how will your workout be the next day? Etc. etc.-
👉🏼FOCUS on the near term task BECAUSE whether you want to believe it or not, EVERY LITTLE action, every little task matters more than you think!
👺DISCIPLINE, DISCIPLINE, DISCIPLINE; rely on it!-

In honor of Thanksgiving being tomorrow remember to be grateful. ❤🦃🍁 Not just this week but every single day! Be thankful for the family that you have, the air you breathe, the water you drink, the cells that are able to regenerate in our bodies. All the way to the sun rising again. This takes practice. 🌞🌞🌞 Most times when I started I couldnt think of SH** other than my car and my family. Now I am thankful for even the smallest flower blooming and my complaints have taken a dramatic turn for the best. I find myself embracing and not avoiding things which is the best way to live.
⬇️⬇️⬇️ Remember to embrace everything and be mindful in what you're doing and learn to have gratitude for each moment. Vibes!!! Happy Turkey Day Eve! ✌

Learning to delay your gratification can lead to a more meaningful and purposeful life than living on impulse and in the moment. YOLO, therefore let's make it count!

Down 1.2 lbs since yesterday and down 3 lbs since I started. I’m on a ONE DAY diet, meaning I only diet for ONE day, namely today. The plan isn’t to lose a lot of weight over months and months, but to lose a little weight today.
Happy to have a space just for me in the mornings that’s 25 ft from my bed and still gets me the results I’m looking for.
Oh and I can wear wool socks and slippers and DON’T have to go outside for a damn thing :)
