EEK!!! I started a project on this old Georgetown house over summer and it’s finally coming to life.... I haven’t said much about it because it has been a full gut renovation (and my first) and I’ve been pretty nervous about the outcome. Safe to say it’s turning out fantastic and I’m really happy with the way this vintage babe looks in the entry. Found at an estate sale on Mercer Island last weekend 🙌🏼 Stay tuned for more images! .

Meet Samantha Noonan, one of our extraordinary Health Coaches!
Samantha Noonan graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Developmental Psychology. She trained in surface and fabric design which furthered her career as an artist. She received her certification from Naturkur Wellness Center as a Health Transformation Coach and has been guiding patients to better health ever since. Samantha enjoys painting and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her dog Ralph.
In her own words…
The body is a remarkable, resilient entity that with good preventative care can improve quickly and efficiently. I feel as though so many patients fall through the cracks of our healthcare system and the outcomes are sad to see. It is with great enthusiasm that I have joined a team of passionate people who are promoting health and helping people regain the ability to stay healthy and feel better. I am energized by my work and excited to reach as many people that I can with these healthcare solutions that can improve lives and get patients back into wellness. I always enjoy meeting new people and supporting patients and I look forward to meeting and hopefully working with you in the future!
Before everyone comments on how old these skins are, I would just like to point out that despite their age they have gotten me up many mountains in the past 5 years and therefore they are good enough for me! In pretty much every way I am as far from a gear nerd as you can find. Raining on a hike? Throw on a trash bag (which will also make you look like a turtle for an extra bonus). My ski boots from 8th grade still fit? Cool I’ll use them until I’m 24. Backpack from Goodwill? Don’t mind if I do! Sometimes it’s fun and necessary to have the latest and greatest, but there is something to be said for using your gear to its full potential before upgrading just for cool points. With our environment suffering and so many people in need, it is heart breaking when things go to waste. The reason outdoor gear is so expensive is because it is supposed to last us a long time!
Thank you @jasonrbutler for surprising me last week with a new backcountry set up.❤️ I am so excited to try out all my new gear, but I’ll admit I am a little sad I have to retire my old stuff. RIP cow skins, thank you for all the adventures! Sorry about the dog and cat hair stuck to you. Jason, you’re going to regret the day you ever thought to buy me a walkie-talkie, hence forth I’ll be requesting all my snacks from the other room via radio. “FindingMemo over and out” Mimikvinge.com #livecolorful
I have the biggest weakness for fuzzy sweaters, this one is from @balzacparis and I’m in loveeee. Also, I’m on my way to London. 🇬🇧 Give me all the recommendations. Cafes, places for pictures, etc! ❤️ Photo by @keatonharaga, edited by me.
