Do you want to lose weight? Have more energy? Or improve your overall health? Well then, ✨SAVE THIS POST ✨
First, you’ll need to start being intentional with what you put in your body.
Here are my 🖐🏻 best tips for beginning to eat with intention.
1️⃣Bring awareness to what you’re actually eating. Start noticing patterns with what you’re eating and how you are feeling.
2️⃣Ask yourself, are you eating from a place of self-love or self-sabotage? This doesn’t mean a kale salad is self-love or a cookie is self-sabotage. If you are only eating a kale salad because you hate the way you look and want to lose weight than that is not self-love. But if you’re eating it because you know it is nourishing your body, you are taking care of yourself and eating alkalizing foods that are going to make you feel good, then that is eating with the intention of self-love.
3️⃣Notice your relationship with food. Are you compulsive eating? Eating junk for a few days and then polar opposite a few days and eating super healthy or going on a fast because you feel guilty or shame? Are you eating in private? Notice the warning signs and perhaps start a food journal to help bring that awareness.
4️⃣Once you have a grasp on your relationship with food, now bring in the willingness to see things differently. Be willing to know there is a better way, that you can feel better and that you can have a more loving and nourishing relationship with what you eat.
5️⃣Surrender to a power greater than you. Whether that be the Universe, God, Martha Stewart, meditation, whatever works for you. This is when you can say “I want to feel better, I want to love my body, I want to be healthy, I want to love myself”. By surrendering, you are allowing that divine guidance to lead you to the perfect food plan, the perfect health coach, the perfect recipe book, that will help you become and continue to be the person you want to be.

🌁 Dream coming true ❤️ Golden Gate for me was one of those places in the world I absolutely must see, and not because it’s an iconic architectural creation (though obviously it is), but because coming back to watching Charmed, I imagined myself standing there so many times looking at it, that I had to bring this to reality!
