Oh how true! I LOVE having a good cry (when I need one)... i LOVE exercising and getting really sweaty....but most of all I LOVE going swimming in the sea, or being near the sea, or paddling in the sea, or listening to the sea, or watching the sea....you can get the gist. I have started a wild woman's swimming group in Southampton. We're on FB as Southampton Wild Swimmers. At the moment I'm scheduling one meet up a month but I'm hoping as the warmer weather approaches we will schedule in a few more. And I'm hoping that wild swimming incorporates salt water in all forms 👌🏊♀️☀️🙏
Good Morning everyone...
Sweet Potato Muffins...
- 600g Sweet Potato
- Salt & Pepper
- 6 Eggs
- 200g Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Chili
- 4 Spring Onions
- Poppy Seeds & Sunflower Seeds
- 3 tablespoons grannular Cream Cheese
1) Wash & grate Sweet Potato...Then the Eggs, Wholegrain Flour, grannular Cream Cheese, Salt & Pepper...Cut the Spring Onions into Rings and add...Add the Chili and Parmesan & mix everthing...
2) Take the Muffin Cups and place in the Muffin Dish and spread the Dough...Distribute everthing and do Parmesan Cheese, some Poppy Seed & Sunflower Seeds on it...
3) Bake the Muffin Dish in the Oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 40 Minutes...
TIP: Muffins last 3 Days & are good for Breakfast!!!...
Per Servering: 360 kcal...

That's me 8 years ago. My old fragile, vulnerable, and fearful self.
In a span of 8 years a lot of things have changed within me. I've seen myself grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and above all spiritually.
Sometimes we just need to start over when things didn't exactly pan out the way we wanted it to. So I made a choice to give change a chance.
Oh friends, I'm here to tell you that although change can be difficult and traumatic, sometimes it's what all we need. Our insistence on remaining where we are can rob us of where we want to go. But when you decide to take the dreadful challenge of change, that's where you grow. That's where you blossom and become the way much better version of yourself. That's where you attain a brand new perspective in life that you never even thought of before. That's where you gain strength and resilience to overcome whatever hurdles that may come your way. Now it's your turn to get outta there and give it a try. Change (for the better) is not that bad, I promise.
