It’s #bluemonday !! 💙 We’ll be beating those #januaryblues with our usual Monday night club run. Plus, it’s “Welcome back” week - we’d like to encourage members who haven’t ran with us for a while or those who are new to join us for tonight’s run. AND we will be having a bake sale for Manchester @mindcharity so please feel free to bring cakes and goodies so we can raise some money for this great charity! 🍰🍩🍪
🌞 Happy Monday!! No run today just some stretching and core. Thank-you for all your tips regarding the heat yesterday. The ocean was actually perfect even though I was still in my workout clothes... I would've run in with my hydration pack if I had to.

Why did you start? Because I wanted to get in shape and thought running was the cheaper option (ahaha let's all laugh together 🤣)
Favourite post Longrun food? Snakes and a toasted cheese sandwich mmmmmm
Bucket list race: The CCC and I'd love to do a run in the Grand Canyon one day.
Short and fast or long and slow: I run S L O W, so I guess long and slow.
Favourite part about running: Honestly the people 💓 Everyone I've met so far is so nice, inclusive and humble (no matter what level they run at).
