What strategies do you use to nurture your relationships with your loved ones? 👇
Taking care of your body is important, but tending to your relationships is a form of self-care too. One of the main points that stands out to us from happiness research is that while quantity of social connections is important for personal happiness, the QUALITY of relationships is too! Nurturing your existing relationships with your friends, family members and other loved ones is extremely important! This sounds like a given, but is way easier said than done.
Try something new together like a new activity, a new restaurant or visiting a new city! Improving your relationships with physical activity, great conversations and sharing great meals can contribute to better mental health and overall happiness. Looking for an idea?
