Banded Romanian deadlifts 4x8
Tip for these:
Don’t arch your back, if you feel it arching 1) lower the weight or 2) don’t go so far down. I usually stop a little below my knees.
As for any deadlift keep your head neutral, that means no looking at yourself in the mirror at the bottom of the motion! You should be staring at the floor 👀
I’ve been focusing more on form rather than ego lifting and it makes a difference!
