Quickly becoming one of my fave easy dishes. Blend chopped up Roma tomatoes, parsley and raw garlic in the blender. Put that in a Dutch oven and add your halibut, shrimp in the shell, clams and either Tuscan Temptation or Mediterranean Bliss. I’ve made it with both #mediterraneanbliss and #tuscantemptation and love them both. Gently simmer until fish is done and clams have opened. Voila perfect meal. You can serve it just like that or serve it over pasta. Super quick, easy and healthy. Let me know how you like it when you make it. .
*tip - when you cook it with the shrimp in the shell it adds a lot of flavor to the broth and the shrimp. And I love eating with my hands and getting all messy. 🙌🏼 .
