She is her favourite companion and a friend who understands her the best. She’s her guide who lightens up the way and helps recognize Love in everything.
Learn to love yourself, learn to feel whole, because you are whole, you always were. You dont need anything or anybody to feel worthy. You don’t need anybody to hold you when you’re scared or hug you when you’re sad.
Don’t wait for somebody to make you happy. Nobody can make you happy, but You.
Where else can you walk on a railway track that is in use? #SriLanka
The best part of being human is being able to connect with other humans. We’re hardwired for it. We live in tribes and families, work in groups, love as couples and thrive in friendships. The drive to connect is in all of us whether we acknowledge it or not.
Yet, we’re seeing more loneliness, more depression, more broken relationships, more disconnection. What’s happening?
Vulnerability is the driving force for deep and genuine connection. It’s brave. It’s tender. It’s impossible to connect without it.
But we’ve turned it into a weakness.
We’ve made ourselves ‘strong’. We’ve toughened up, hardened up and protected ourselves from being hurt. We’ve protected ourselves from vulnerability and disallowed the surrender. Here in lies the problem. When we close down our vulnerability we are shielded from hurt, but we are also shielded from love, intimacy and connection. They come to us through the same door. When we close it to one, we close it to all.
Life happens – really happens – in the midst of our vulnerability. It’s here, in strength and with the greatest of courage, that we ask for help, say the first ‘I love you’, reach out for sex and physical intimacy, tell someone we miss them, ask where we stand, feel. When we shut down our vulnerability, we shut down the possibility.
There are no guarantees. There never have been. But what is certain is that we deserve more than to have our vulnerability – the greatest vehicle to connection – shut down by fear.

Sometime all that the world need is a buzzword to get things going in the right direction.
For now plogging is that word. Which combines the task of " picking up trash " as you walk . This is to keep enviroment healthy and to get others to join the movement.
So i choose chadar trek for this and called this
Aim to to collect every trash on chahdar .
As we step on chahdar for for our trek i was stunned by this beauty pure white chadar , with bluish water there is nothing like walking on it ,clear sky with the spectaculer views of chadar and zanskar river , wonderstruck every time how boundlessly nature has gifted these terrains with beauty and resources- . And then trash .
So i decide to plogging while trekking.
And it's just a baby step and request to everyone who going to visit mountains now or in future .
Let's move from ego- system to eco -system it's our collective responsibility to clean them .
And save mother nature.
This is what me and my team plog during the trek
More then 274 cig and bidi buds
Around 17 cig packs
Around 86 wrappers.
And thanks to team for collective support.
On whom is the onus of cleaning the mountains, if not us?
The question answers itself and we have only one thing to do—get a move forward with our pro-earth thinking, start our own cleaning missions in the mountains and most importantly, make our trekkers count in it.
Exercise is a hell of a lot more fun when you’re climbing through the woods, trying to locate barking sea lions, and emerge from the trees to find this 🙌🏼 but yeah, sure, I guess I’ll settle with trekking to the overcrowded gym in frigid temps (for now) 🙃
Where they roam, we follow.
We build our trucks to keep up with the real beasts 🐺 Have confidence that you can take your pack to the ends of the earth.
Every EarthRoamer XV-LTS is equipped with 41 inch military tires on beadlock wheels to handle every terrain. We’ve added air ride suspension, off-road shocks, custom heavy duty sway bars, and on board air compressors to air back up.
All you have to do is keep up 🐾⚡️
We hiked 6 miles up to the top of Mt. LeConte, there was a little lodge, with a village around it. The only way up there is via the trail. One of the most fascinating places I’ve ever been to. #35mm#portra400 // developed at @boutiquefilmlab
"Birilerini sevindirmenin ve bundan sevinç duymanın ne kadar kolay olduğunu hissediyordum; insanın kendini açması yeterliydi, insandan insana canlı bir akış başlıyordu hemen, yükseklerden derinlere iniyor, derinlerden tekrar sonsuzluğa yükseliyordu." Stefan Zweing
One of my favorite moments of 2018.
2018 was a year of growth and stepping out of my comfort zone. A lot of solo traveling as it's my way of soul searching.
This year I've been slowly putting broken fragments of myself back together....even though at times I still curl up under my blanket and wish I could sleep forever.
Sometimes it feels like a curse to feel too deeply. But fortunately, there's a weird solace in being one year closer to death.
This year, I faced one of my biggest fears. I went on many adventures, met the kindest and cruelest of people. I discovered more of myself...to find a little more pain, a little more hope...and few instances that I'd cherish forever.
I still allowed myself to indulge in the soul-sucking grievance at times...indulging in crying myself to sleep. It just felt different.
The most important piece of wisdom I learned was to have no expectations as nothing is as it seems.
For 2019, I hope I'd let nothing holding me back. I hope to still have the courage and strength to stay kind.
Today in dull rainy Sweden my mind wandering away to distant places. Where in this world would you go if time and money where not an issue??? 🗺 This Mighty Rio Grande - This will Destroy, song choice of today
