So today I embarked on a new culinary quest and somewhat succeeded. I present to you a seafood risotto garnished with a poached egg and steamed asparagus tips. Risotto still scares the fuck out of me but well worth the effort. #wannabechef#risotto#done
Today I’ll be demonstrating and speaking about early childhood nutrition at @PapilioEssendon today from 11:00am - demonstrating some of their Healthy Food Summer Menu which has been planned using @feedAustralia and will be delivered in their incredible new on-site kitchen by a dedicated cook. This amazing centre opens for learning on 29 January and the local families are so excited!
