We are a 30-day challenge subscription box company, but more than that we are dreamers, goal-getters and hope to be a good kick in the pants every now and then. We believe that anything is possible and what you do everyday matters, but we also believe in heaps of hard work, dedication and elbow grease.
At Everyday Manifest, we hope to provide a fresh start and everything you need each month to break down your dreams and goals into self-determined monthly 30-day challenges, allowing you to gain momentum, create new habits or just feel more balanced and alive. No matter what you dream.

We are, right now, working on our first beta box, fine-tuning our website and plan to just keep the inspiration flowing here until we have more to show as we approach our official launch this summer (2018)! Happy is a choice. It is a daily decision to put your mountains in Gods hands and focus on the blessings in your life. Much easier said than done, I know. It took me a long time to figure out there was no special magic happy pill, people who were overly happy didn’t “have a better life” or “no problems”. Happiness is simply a choice. All you have to do is choose it.

Can’t say I love getting up at 4:30 in the morning to get my training in, but the peace I receive on these early morning runs is totally worth it.
This was the hardest feeling run I’ve had in a long time. Legs are so dead from last nights bike intervals. But I reminded myself that not all miles have to be fast. This was supposed to be an easy day so I kept my heart rate low and just ran. 4.5 miles to start my day. Track sectionals tonight with some stellar athletes!
Some days you just wake up knowing it is going to be your day and today was 100% that day for me! Its Friday Eve and there is SO much to look forward too, but first I had to CRUSH my workout 👊🏼
The last time I did todays workout was in January and it wasn’t any easier today! BUT, I have gotten so much stronger since then and was able to add more resistance bands in order to continue challenging myself! 💪🏻
In order to keep getting my results and push towards my goal is to push and challenge myself through every workout! I am so excited to OFFICIALLY restart this 80 day program that transformed my life on Monday ✨

Welcome our newest member Jena! She did Crossfit in the past and took a break. She's been working on her fitness but saw the value in following our advice to evaluate and coach her movements before jumping back into crossfit.
There’s nothing quite like getting those miles in before the day even starts. And a gorgeous sunrise is nature’s reward🌅 5.5 Miles slow & easy since my legs are pretty sore from my strength circuit Tuesday night and time trial yesterday!
That Texas heaattt tho!! Honestly I love training without AC and just grinding, relieving all my stress and sweating it out!!
I remember when I was honestly scared to train my hardest...Scared to give my all...My body can put on muscle easily and I was scared of that... of what my physique would transform into...if it would be “too much” for others...intimidating to others...especially men...I was fearful of giving my all?! What tha?!
Now I give zero fracccks and I’ve never felt better! This is your life and only you have are left to live with it at the end of the day...so damn straight give everything your all!!
Don’t forfeit your own progress in fear of others perception of you. Do you and the right people will always come along.✌🏼💪🏼🌱

I haven't stopped running.....because I waited so long just for that one day to arrive!
I wasted years living in doubt and fear and worrying about what people would think if I stood up and started talking and sharing my gifts with the world...Now that one day is my everyday!

Totally drooling over this avo toast made by @body_by_breakfast 🤤 I always take my breakfast to go since I wake up at 5:30 and am on the road by 6:15 for work! I was complaining about how all my meals are in the car and my mom was like “how fun! How cool is it that you get to have a picnic everyday?” I stared at her and gave her an “are you serious?” stare but looking back on it, how amazing was this simple reframing?
While my weekday breakfasts may never be glamorous (think protein bars, boiled eggs, yogurt, and bananas) I’m blessed to have a car and a job and healthy food I can take on the go! I make sure to eat something before the kids come in and life gets hectic and nonstop, lol!
Does anyone else eat an on the go breakfast? What are some of your go to’s?
