After attempting to complete a fairly simply movement posted many fellow ambassadors @bridgetfreemanfitness I discovered my immense lack of flexibility (for me anyway, some would argue I’m still quite flexible!). The movement felt stiff, uncontrolled and certainly stretching when that wasn’t quite the point. -
So, I have decide to make stretching every day a part of my plan! (Note to self this is actually already a done thing, I’m not come up with some innovating process, I should have been doing this ages ago).
Every day for 20-30minutes, and some people might think that’s a lot on top of the fact I already ride an awe full lot, but this is just while I might watch tv, or I wake up a little earlier or on a lunch break :). So far, so good and I’m already noticing the affects! -
