Had some good moments today. Firstly finished my wardrobe clean out, probably one of the most emotional things I've done, hell I had to deal with overweight me all over again. See previous post. Then saw my Chiro, part of my Health team trio. She has been a fantastic support for me personally helping me regain my movement and thus helping improve my mental health. Everything is connected mental social and physical health. You cannot improve one without the other and neither can you expect improvements in one to automatically improve the other. -
I have filled 9 Aldi bags full of clothes that are too big or don't fit well.
It’s looking like an unintentional rest day for me today as one thing is flowing into the next!
I’d hoped to go for a run today but it’s snowing 🌨 and my little person is still sick so I can’t take her to the gym!
I have a telephone meeting with @samcollinsmakeup about @arbonne in a bit - has anyone used their products? I’ve been doing some research and everything is 100% vegan 🌱 ~ then it’s the dentist, collecting the boys, taking 7 swimming, coming home and fixing dinner, then Neil is going to a talk @bodybygard.se about @happymkitchen - which I’m excited to hear more about! ~ So, if I have any sort of energy left once I’ve put the kids to bed then it might be some foam rolling and maybe some yoga, but we’ll see! Not pressuring myself today, just trying to take it as it comes! .

I’m generally not a salad-kinda gal. Hot food satisfies SO much more if you ask me. BUT, they sure are quick and easy! • Coles organic kale & veggie mix
• Half a tin organic chickpeas, in a pan with spices
• Lamb leg steak quickly barbequed (4 mins each side, while chickpeas were cooking inside)
• Quarter of an avo
• Dressing of choice
Dinner is served!

Весь день транслирую или же ухожу в себя и показываю ничего. Просто не до этого... я точно также каждый день ем, готовлю, тренируюсь, работаю, провожу встречи, развиваюсь, релаксую, отдаюсь семье, но бывают такие дни, когда хочется отдохнуть от сети, перезагрузиться. ⠀
Я могу принципиально не брать в руки телефон, чтобы взглянуть на мир другими глазами, без интернета и честно, ломает.⠀
Мы так зависимы, особенно дети. А ещё одна из причин это холод❄❄❄❄❄❄⠀
Для меня сьемка на улице автоматически отпадает зимой🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬⠀
А вот летом все по-другому. Как я его жду. ⠀

Rest day in Queenstown. It was great to have a day where we almost didn’t walk at all except to do a few errands. Seems important to let our bodies heal up for this long journey we are on. Also - Lake Wakatipu is beautiful!

Work stress has got the better of me today. I've had a massive few days at work and in between that and getting my workouts in I have neglected how I'm feeling. The hours that I work make it difficult to balance work and life in general because I do feel so tired all the time. But I need to listen to my body. When you know you have something coming up, always think ahead! I knew that I was going out with friends tonight to celebrate and I wouldn’t have time to get a full workout in today! So I did my Monday workout yesterday and did my Sunday cardio today! Gotta get it done if you really want it you’ll make time for it! -

REST DAY 🖤 I had the craziest start to the new year! I changed my whole life, started a new job as a Personal Trainer @jdgyms Bolton while still continue with my hospital one! I got sick like an animal and jumped straight back in the following week with my very first spinning class. Although my #triathlontraining been slightly neglected during those past weeks, I have never done more squats, lunges, burpees and shoulder presses in my life and my stretches are on completely different levels 😅. Ive met a bunch of incredible people and made some fantastic new frenships with people who inspire and motivate me to be even better version of myself each day. I feel good and I promise to share more of my new adventure with you from now on but today I will just rest and do nothing!
