I would never personally do a juice cleanse more than 4 days purely because they are calorie deficient and I simply love my food too much🙊
Why I personally love doing a 'Juice Cleanse'. It resets my body, further supports my digestion and aids in the removal of toxins. Which in the past week has shown in my skin with all my new breakouts.

What dry January has taught me!
. I preface this by saying this is my own personal journey so no judgement is welcome here! .
. With 6 months left before my 30th Birthday, I have had to have some TOUGH and REAL self awareness go down. After a long holiday, or better yet year, of partying, drinking, and living my best life, I actually ended the year in the worst physical condition of my life. I wanted to ignore it all and chalk it up to good times. Not drinking this month has really made me realize the damage I’ve been doing physically to my body and mind. I have chosen to put everything first and made excuses to why being comfortable was okay. I told myself it wasn’t a big deal that I was buying pants a size up, or having a few drinks at happy hour was in no way a bad thing. Soda water is less in calories right, so if I was going to have a drink, I was still making a better choice.
. Excuses led to more bad choices. More bad choices began to spread, and all of a sudden the lies all just became to real. I’m lucky because I have a solid group of supportive people around, telling me I look great, and that alcohol wasn’t the problem. But what have I been telling myself?
. I’ve been telling myself that my value comes from how other people see me, even as I looked in the mirror not liking what I saw. I told myself that I have been absolved of addiction, knowing that I come from a family who is no stranger to its pain. For the first time I can remember, I have gone 23 straight days without a drink, and am embarrassed/ optimistic on how it’s made me feel.
. If you think you can escape the massive pile that stacks up from making bad choices by what you put in your body, mind, and spirit, you are Sadly Mistaken! This is not a post declaring that I will never drink again, but it is a post declaring that I can not go back to the delusion I’ve been living over the past year. No matter where your journey takes you, there’s no shame in making a bold change. You get to decide how you want to live, so if today is the day you want to start, Just Do It! Your best self is begging you!

As seems to be my pattern, I completely disconnected and took off after the last Aspen Connect event, this time to join good friends in Mexico.
We can’t all fly off and escape for our resets but nevertheless, they need to be taken whenever possible - to reconnect with oneself, with others and to get one with nature. And now off to LA to plan how we will intensify our offers to others.
This morning I decided to try on a pair of jeans 👖 that I love but were definitely too tight on me in November 🙈
You guys!!!! They fit and I even have wiggle room and they’re loose from the buttocks area... 😳 my jeans are NEVER lose from that area! 😭
Am I where I want to be? NO (but I have lost 14lbs since 11/1/18) 💁🏽♀️ #justsaying
Am I dang proud of losing inches and getting closer to my goal? Damn right, I am! 🥳🙌🏼 All I did was swap my coffee ☕️ ❤️ Can you imagine the changes once I start incorporating exercise and I clean up my diet?!? Let’s do this!!! 💪🏼

It really is all about creating good habits to take forwards after the 30 days. Little things like I’ve found my pasta fix in green pea pasta and my chocolate fix in sweet potato brownies and protein balls! Habits take 30 days to create which is exactly what we are doing on this programme.
More important than any weight loss though is how you FEEL! And I feel great and full of energy with no brain fog! (occasional baby brain is still there of course!🤣) My clients are having great results too and sharing this journey with others and seeing their great results, makes it even more satisfying!!
